After 10+ years of abuse mine just gave up. I will replace it with an identical oven because I have never had a better product. It is a workhorse. Complicated to do all the possible combinations but i have gotten accustomed to it.
I'm really enjoying this microwave. We've done popcorn, rice, tea, defrost - all using the auto sensor settings and they have all come out beautifully. We all agreed it was the best cooked rice we've had out of a microwave.
I was looking for the largest microwave with caurosel that fit my space and this one is perfect. Works great! Lots of functional settings. I would have given a 5 star rating except for one thing that bugs me about this unit: the entire square digital display is lite constantly, not just the digital...
Ordered this microwave for my neighbor as an exact replacement because he didn’t want to mess with changing the trim and it fit perfectly and he was so excited and pleased

This microwave works fine and does whats needed. Two very important head banging problems are; no popcorn setting (it's 2012 for Pete's sake) and you can't use the microwave if your using the kitchen timer, WHA-WHAT! How stupid is that? Just sayin'.......
