The F&P Double Drawer is a Well Designed Product
This dishwasher has only been in use for 7 months but has performed excellently. We prefer double drawer models. This Fisher & Paykel replaces a Kitchen Aid double drawer we had for 15 years. That never had problems and was only replaced as part of a kitchen remodel. The F&P however looks great, is simple to operate and cleans/drys very well. It’s rack layout and stacking options are very flexible and useful in daily use. The only recommendation is that there could be an indication of when the washing is complete rather than the front indicator simply turning off. That is unimportant though as this model works so well and appears to be a highly engineered appliance base on appearances prior and during its installation.

Great dishwasher
The dishwasher is super quiet and washes and drys really well even on the fast or economical cycle. I follow the guidelines and use dry detergent and a rinse aide. I also rinse off the dishes before putting them in and only have to run it every other day (top tall drawer) for just two of us. If I design another kitchen I might consider getting two tall drawers, one on each side of the sink as I prefer using the upper drawer.

Beautiful Appliance
This is a beautiful appliance. I purchased the double dishwasher to complete my F&P kitchen. When you look at the images of the amount of dishes that you can load into the dishwasher is not realistic because that’s not how most cook and eat so there’s a learning curve on how to stack to maximize the space. We are a family of two and we fill one dishwasher each night - but I cook everyday. As for the performance of the dishwasher it’s stellar! It cleans extremely well. I appreciate the knife feature as well as the side racks. The depth of the top rack is very helpful. I do appreciate the extra dry feature and it works excellent. No more dishes with water on them. If we were a family of four and I cooked nightly I would not find this dishwasher helpful because of the inner construction. But as a family of 2 I am over the moon happy with my purchase and with all of my F&P appliances in place my kitchen looks so luxe. I love it!

Fisher Paykel Quality Poor
We had to have our 2+ year old FP dishwasher replaced because it was installed incorrectly. We have a FP/ DCS that we’ve had issues since we got and never been resolved by FP. We would not recommend buying Fisher Paykel. We had DCS appliances for years but since FP took over the quality has declined.

Great appliance
Great dishwasher have one improvement suggestion. There is no sound or led indicator that indicates when a drawer has completed a wash cycle and is clean. Seems the sound the appliance makes when opening a drawer could be adapted to be used to indicate clean versus non washed dishes

Yes! Spend the money, it's worth it!
I waited a long time for this purchase, and I am so happy I did. This dishwasher is the best product on the market, and I recommend it to everyone. It's quiet, it cleans well, and because each box can be run separately, you don't have to wait for a full load to wash your dishes.

i absolutely love the Fisher and Paykel dish washer. This is my second one in twelve years, last one stayed with last home. This is such a good dishwasher that i would never be without one. Not only is it beautiful but is a great product.

Smart design
We bought this as part of a kitchen upgrade, and like the double drawer feature. It works well for our family as it can take us a while to fill up a full dishwasher. This way, we can run smaller loads without wasting a lot of water.
