Dead On Arrival
Completed install, removed protective films, pressed the power button and nothing. Checked power, confirmed power is on. Interior light illuminates when door opens. Confirmed water isolation valves were open. Pressed power again and no function on keypad. Inspect keypad and found signs on improper installation at the factory. There is no exterior damage. Keypad was clearly installed improperly. There is even visible damage on the inside of the cabinet which can be seen because of the 1/2" gap between the keypad and the washer cabinet. Therefore either quality control failed, or the quality control step doesn't exist at the factory.

Do not recommend - will not buy again
I purchased both the washer and dryer luxecare and immediately found issues with both appliances. You can only use one soap pod, which still leaves you with soap suds remaining in the tub, door, clothing once the cycle is complete. So you have to run an additional rinse cycle. You also have to wipe the door dry dry
otherwise you will have water drip all over your floor. The dispensing cup will also show signs of mold in the first week of using it even if you leave it open to air dry, so you also have to wipe it dry and sanitize it often. My previous brand never had these issues. Will not buy again, complete waste of money.

Easy and Sensible Interface
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new front-loading Electrolux Washer and Dryer. There's lots of options but the interface and selection process is very sensible so no need to read the directions. Whether the washing load is small or large the water usage is just right. The spin cycles options are terrific. Fabrics can be wrung out so well drying time is reduced significantly.
We also got the boosters, so no back bending or squatting required when transferring laundry. The washer booster drawer works perfect for our powdered detergent box, and we store our cross-country ski boots in the dryer booster. Great product!

I love this washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An appliance repair technician recommended Electrolux as a brand that, in his experience, involves less maintenance and has more longevity than some of the other manufacturers. I've been very pleased with this washer. The sanitize heat setting ensures that my towels and facecloths never end up with any mildew smell over time.
I also love a washing machine that allows you to pause it mid-cycle in case you need to add anything to the load. (I've always found washers that stay locked incredibly annoying.) The quick wash is handy as well. So far, the technician's assessment has borne true.

Happy with Electrolux
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine has been great. It is very easy to operate and has just the settings I need. I set it to say Normal wash and it goes right to its suggested settings and then you can adjust it to your desired settings. Like I like to set it to a fast spin cycle. I am so glad I bought this washing machine. I have had the Electrolux dryer for several years and just now wanted a new washer. I also love all my kitchen Electrolux appliances. They are all about 15 to twenty years old now and still work perfectly. Stove, microwave, refrigerator and mini fridge

Impressive m/c but shocked! Water leak on 7th use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a 5 days ago and loved it since then. Its simplicity, elegant features, especially that it comes with the pod dispenser, which other machines don't have, and it helps to dissolve it better than others without that feature.
The technology advancement is mind boggling, i didnt find any other products having a 15min wash cycle. I decided to buy this pair after going through excellent reviews by many of you.
Not sure if i ended up getting a faulty piece, we were literally shocked to see water seeping out the washer door. Not sure what to do, weekends are big laundry days for us.

Best Washer I've Ever Owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 600 Series and I've been using it now for a month. I have done a lot of loads in that time and this washer is awesome. It handles the clothes very well without damaging the fabric. I feel confident washing very delicate clothes in this washer. I really like that I can use medium spin and the clothes come out fairly dry with little residual water. This saves on drying time and cost. It's also very easy to use the cycle features - a lot of choices but not confusing - it's very user friendly. I also like that the dispenser compartment has a dedicated place for pods. Very happy with my washer!

Do Not Buy This Machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a washing machine with a good gentle cycle or delicate cycle DO NOT buy this machine. I have been washing clothes for over 50 years and have never experienced this before. All my golf clothes that I wash on delicate or gentle in cold water come out a wrinkled mess. The spin cycle on low takes out too much water. I have to set my alarm on my phone & run into my washroom to stop the spin cycle 5 minutes before it ends. So annoying. Also, there is no permanent press cycle for my sheets. This machine is very noisy when shifting gears and in all the spin cycles. I would not recommend this machine..
