If the T7i can handle air racing, it can definitely handle your kid’s soccer game – and the latter is where it was really meant to shine. The Rebel series has always been about documenting family memories while helping budding photographers grow their hobby into a passion.

The Canon EOS system is turning thirty. To celebrate, Canon announced a new EOS Rebel DSLR for entry-level photographers along with a new 20%-more compact 18-55mm kit lens.
The 24-megapixel Canon EOS Rebel T7i ($750 body only) sits at the head of the company's entry-level DSLR family. A camera that newcomers can grow into, the T7i boasts a a ramped-up autofocus system with more than twice the AF points (45 versus 19) compared with its predecessor, the EOS Rebel T6i,...

Slightly larger and heavier than the competition, Only average battery life
When Canon introduces a new flagship Rebel camera model, it is always the best ever. That has never been a question. But, the amount of "better" definitely varies with each new model. It was a challenge to recommend the T5i over the T4i when there was a substantial difference in price.

In conjunction with Canon's 30th Anniversary this year, Canon Marketing Malaysia has released three new DSLRs - the Canon EOS 77D , EOS 800D , and the mirrorless EOS M6 into our market. They are all available right now in all Canon Image Square and authorized dealers nationwide.
Canon EOS 800D ushers in the Dual Pixel CMOS AF and Movie digital image stabilisation, maybe for the first time in this price range.
A great entry-level DSLR, with notable improvements on Canon's previous offerings.

More expensive than its main rivals, Plasticky build
A great all-rounder that's well suited to beginners but a little too pricey to earn top marks.
I bought it mostly for video. I don't think the 77D it's worth the price difference and I also you don't lose much comparing with 80D but you gain stabilization for video and you pay a lot less. Great autofocus for photo and video, good sensor, good high ISO, pretty light and compact.
Had an old T3i and this camera is a dramatic improvement in image quality and features. The same basic body and controls are familiar enough to make the upgrade effortless. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features are a definite plus

This was my first camera and I typically do not write reviews, but this camera is amazing. I cannot tell you how many amazing photos I have because of this camera. If you are a beginner like me, and are debating if your iPhone camera is okay to use instead, BUY THIS CAMERA! I have no regrets!!!
Nice camera with good focus
The T7i with 18-55mm lens is incredibly lightweight. I thought it was going to be heavy because of its size but the build is lightweight and seems to be durable as well. Feels really good in the hand for a secure grip when taking photos or video.
Having impulsively sold two Canon bodies and 2 Canon STM lenses when I bought a Panasonic Lumix GH5 body and Lumix lens, I retained four Canon lenses -- a 50mm f/1.8 STM, 85mm f/1.8 USM, 70-200 f/4 L, and 75-300 -- but had no Canon body to use them on.
This is my third canon that I bought and I would defiantly buy another. I take a lot of outdoor pictures. My hobby is hiking and there is a lot of pictures to be taken.
Easy use new features and awesome speed
The price I paid was very affordable and it was a lot better quality than I expected
