As a stills camera, the EOS M50 is a solid choice for photographers who want something more advanced than an entry-level camera, without going overboard. Its image quality, improved AF system and wireless connectivity are all impressive, and the new C-Raw format is a nice bonus.

Anyone interested in 4K video capture. Those without easy access to a power outlet and don't want to carry a pocket full of batteries.
The Canon EOS M50 is an upper entry-level mirrorless camera with a 24 Megapixel APSC sensor, confident autofocus (for stills and 1080p video), small but crisp OLED viewfinder, excellent wireless, and becomes Canon's first mirrorless with 4k video, a fully-articulated touch-screen, eye detection and...
The EOS M50 isn't the mirrorless camera Canon enthusiasts have been waiting for and more than the slightly higher-featured EOS M5 was. However, that doesn't mean it's without merit.
Yes, 4K video is available for the first time on a consumer Canon, but this is not a camera to buy if you’re a videographer – a vlogger perhaps, but not someone who’s looking to produce short films.
Canon's latest mirrorless camera is a curious beast, on the one hand offering several headline-grabbing features that promise to out-perform the company's own flagship model, whilst on the other falling short of its full potential.
In many ways the EOS M50 is the best entry-level EOS Canon has yet made. It’s a great option both for beginners and for Canon DSLR owners tempted by the advantages of mirrorless.

Compact size and light weight make it easy to carry everywhere, Excellent image quality, with reliable metering and auto white balance, Quick and accurate autofocus, even with adapted EF-mount DSLR lenses, Easy-to-use interface that still gives extensive control over settings, Fully articulated...

Single-dial control slower to use than twin-dial competitors, Overly contrasty viewfinder blocks up shadow details, Poorly implemented manual focus magnification, Very small range of native EF-M lenses, 4K video is subject to considerable restrictions
If you're looking for a mirrorless camera that offers great image quality, is easy to use and has a decent autofocus system, the EOS M50 is a great choice. If you're looking for a more rounded camera with a greater breadth of features and system support, however, there are better options out there.

Poor battery life, 4K video has a 1.6x crop, Plasticky finish, Lens range still limited
The Canon EOS M50 is a mirrorless camera with view finder and 24Mp. Quality of videos is 4K and also has face-detection focus.Has a great touch screen and you can move the focus position.WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC options makes it easier to connect with other gadgets.
M50 takes great pics in auto mode & manual due to the 24.1 megapixel CMOS sensor & super fast DIGIC8 processor. It can shoot up to 10 frames per sec, great for Action shots. Autofocus ensures pic is sharp&clear. The kit lens included is Small, light &wide perfect for landscapes, panoramic pics.
By far the best camera I've ever had! You can hook up to us phone by downloading the app, using via Bluetooth or even NFC, plug into your TV via hdmi (not included) or hook it up to computer cable is not included but it's the same lead as my phone.
Received before the release date of 20th April and love everything about it
Camera is light so great for taking it everywhere with you really. Photos are stunning. Lovely effects. Love the touchscreen. Really easy to use! Got the hang of it instantly!BUT it came with no instructions with the camera to connect the camera to your phone - so i had to youtube it!
Have this camera for a week, took good pictures and video. I have the white color, looks good. it's light weight but the camera body and the lens has the plastic feel. Touch screen make it easy go throught all the fuctions and features.
