I've had the 14x32 IS for over a year and love them. I've had the 15x50's for probably 8 years. And, I have also owned the Fujinon 14x marine grade IS binoculars. These Canon 14x32 are the best of all of them and are much improved over the older 15x50 model. I live on a bay and have a 2+ mile view.

I truly recommend the 14x32 IS for birders and wildlife observers. I owned an earlier generation IS and this newer tech in the 14x32 is very satisfying. If youre new to IS you are in for a surprise....seeing detailed behavior and even within some 7 feet away from the subject. Enjoy!

I truly recommend the 14 x 32 IS for birders in particular

I received the Canon 14x32 IS binoculars and compared them to my Fujinon 14x40 TSX and to make a long story short I am returning the Canons. The Canons eye cups are a JOKE! If you don't wear eyeglasses they are way too long for the eye relief and I have shallow eye sockets!

These binoculars are an amazing blend of quality optics and electronic wizardry..The amount of detail I can pull up in front of my eyes wows me every time. As a reference, I have been using the Canon 12X36 IS II for the past many years with great success and enjoyment...excellent binoculars.

Dont let the small exit pupil scare you off! These binoculars work far better than I would have believed a 14x32 could work. I bought the 12x32 first and liked them so much that I ordered the 14x32 thinking that I would compare the two and return the one I liked the least. I ended up keeping both.

I was looking for a stabilized binocular that was the lightest and least expensive for the mag range. I chose the Canon since it appeared to be the lowest cost and weight for a 14-15 zoom range.

Images are sharp, but have terrible purple fringing. IS works very good.Eyecups are the most uncomfortable I have ever used. They are so wide they dig into the side of your nose bridge, especially during close focus where you have to narrow the pupillary distance to view images.
