Satisfactory for most uses. The Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 are comfortable, well-built headphones that sound decent and isolate well enough to be suitable for use in most noisy environments. This makes them a great choice for commuters and frequent flyers.

Impressive Bluetooth microphone., Great noise isolation., Comfortable, stylish design.

Sound less balanced than other Bose over-ears., Don’t have NFC like other Bose headsets., Motion-sensitive auto-off timer could be frustrating.

Bose's top-of-the-line noise-canceling headphones are excellent, but their unique features might not be worth an extra $50 to you.

Bose is one of the pioneers and most successful suppliers of noise-cancelling headphones. The Headphones 700 model marks the latest version of this technology, which now comes in an updated, tasteful and functional design.

Both headphones provide fantastic noise-cancellation, great call clarity and an almost equal amount of battery life. But if you’ve read MajorHifi’s , you’ll know that in terms of sound, I’m a sucker for the Momentum 3 Wireless.

In terms of sound, the Lagoon is the clear winner. Ugh, that pun wasn’t intentional. Cleaner and slightly more detailed, the Lagoon is sure to please the uncompromising audiophiles who need top-notch sound in wireless form.

Bose have been a favourite of many consumers for a while now when it comes to noise cancelling headphones with the QC35 (and QC35II) especially popular — who doesn’t see them everywhere, including the gym?

The Bose 700s find a new front that they can dominate in the war on noise but they’ve done little here to take back ground that rivals like Sony have stolen in recent years.

Incredible for calls, Good sound quality

Iffy controls, Short battery life compared to competition

Excellent sound, excellent ANC, great comfort, and good build quality. I came to the Bose NC 700 headphones from the Sony WH-1000XM3 ANC so I had high expectations out of the gate. It's very difficult for me to declare which of these products is better than the other, so I'll say they are tied.

Great sound quality.Great ANC.Very comfortable.Connectivity is flexible and supports multiple sources.

-
Fit and finish is not quite as refined as the Sony XM3 is, while the price is higher.

Fantastic headphones with excellent design and sound quality. I'm a fan of the different levels of noise cancellation you can use. I previously owned the Quiet Comfort model, which is also a great product, but I prefer this sleek and lightweight design.

One of the best you can't buy a better noise cancellation headphone

Bought these to replace a 7 year old pair of Klipsch buds. Love the wireless and battery life. They were still comfortable after a 2 hour stunt. Sound is overall better than my previous buds, but the Klipsch delt with the deeper bass better. Overall very happy.

Comfortable, amazing noise cancelling, solid highs and mids

The app would be better with an eq, the touch controls on the right muff, bass could be fuller

These headphones solve all of the problems with the QC35 related to working in a cubicle environment. Specifically, the other end of the conference call you are on can hear *your* voice and not the voice of your coworkers.

Bose got it perfect. Sound is superb and the bass is really good. The Bose 700 is comfortable fit and the noise canceling is the best I have experience.

Great sounding headphones. Overall great noise cancellation, excellent call quality and convenient Bluetooth pairing/switching. I just find the top head pad too narrow for extended wear. I actually prefer the QC35s for that reason alone.

My husband loves them. Bought them for him for his birthday.

This headset has all the features my initial purchase (Sennheiser Momentum 3) did not have--making the listening and connections desired. The sound quality is great...not a boomy bass or screechy treble...typical neutral sound that I have come to appreciate about the Bose products.
