Well my first impressions of this mic before i bought it was "I'm so excited for HD Quality Audio that would limit my background noise"...Well it was the opposite once i tried it out....

A great item overall. It was very useful for me when I was trying to record videos and I found that it had great noise quality. Overall a great item to buy if you're looking to record videos.

I use this mic for my YouTube videos and in-game chat, my voice is always clear and the quality is very good. The price is good and the quality is comparable to a higher level mic, I highly recommend this mic for anyone starting out or even veteran players.

i purchased this microphone to use with Dragon voice software. I am a quadriplegic with impaired speech. My brother mounted it for me and plugged it in, I adjusted the device settings, and it was ready to go.

using this for online gaming and raiding. significantly improved my audio quality. People could hear me and it was so clear they could hear what tv show I was watching.

Previously I've been using a headset to record my Youtube gameplay videos. This was a big jump for me, spending $50 rather than the usual under $20. The quality is well worth the investment. When I watch old videos, I'm surprised at the difference in voice quality.

Good sound quality, and good value. Seems to have limited range (doesn't record well from across the room), but this can be an advantage in that it cuts out background noise.

  This product is great if you want to record quality voice-overs on a small budget. I originally purchased this microphone because I wasnt happy with my previous microphone, which was hooked up to a preamp and plugged into the microphone jack on my laptop.

  The only weakness is that if youre not familiar with how to use audio editing programs, you may complain that your audio files are coming out too low, especially if you use setting number 2 on the back of the mic.

Best desktop microphone I've ever purchased. Heavy, Doesn't move once positioned. USB cord could've been a tad longer, but this thing is great. I teach marketing online and this is by-far the best mic I have used to date.

I can highly recommend this mic for just getting started. Excellent recording and surprisingly heavy.
