Rich, crisp sound signature with a focus on high-mid definition. Wireless audio and active noise cancellation. NC can be disabled to save battery life. Apple W1 chip makes pairing with iOS devices even more simple.

Expensive. No passive listening mode. Adaptive aspect of NC is not impressive.
Beats, the Apple-owned lineup of audio hardware, has produced what might be their finest headphones to date. The Studio3 Wireless are (as you may have guessed by now) wireless, have noice cancellation and the Beats styling and sound profile many have grown to know and love.

Pure ANC cleans up noises very well, W1 made pairing experience easy for iOS users, Fast-charging

Short battery life with Pure ANC enabled, Still uses Micro-USB
At $279, the Beats Studio3 Wireless are certainly a capable pair of headphones. They performed fairly well during my testing, particularly when listening to hip-hop or EDM. I also appreciated the comfortable fit, 20 hours of battery life, quick-charging Fast Fuel technology and strong Bluetooth...

Comfortable Fit, Quick Charging tops up battery in 10 minutes for 3 hours of listening, Stabile connection over large area, Solid bass performance for bass heavy tracks, Offer extra volume over other headphones

Known pairing issues with Samsung S7, Lack of audible notifications for pairing mode and power toggle, Expensive
The Beats by Dre Studio3 Wireless are a great gadget, but a bad pair of headphones. If you have $350 for headphones, look elsewhere.

Plenty of color options, Smooth matte finish, Batter life, Connection

Price, Sound quality, Build quality isn't what I'd expect for the price
The Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones are a big improvement over the Studio2 in regards to audio quality, noise cancellation, wireless range, and battery life. These are very solid headphones for the average person, especially if you travel a lot or work in an office.

Excellent wireless signal thanks to Apple’s W1 Chip, Superb battery life, Very comfortable with soft ear cups, Pretty good audio quality with very good noise cancellation, Great presentation and comes with a case and headphone cable

Fatigue ears over time since they don’t entirely cover your ears, Expensive, No distinction for controls on remote, Cannot use them as passive headphones
Should you get the Studio3? It doesn't sound much better than even the Solo2 Wireless, and costs $50 more than the Solo3, which is a tough sell when Bose's QuietComfort 35 headphones are available for $329.
So there are good things and there are not so good things about the Beats Solo3 Wireless. On the positive side, they’re great for iPhone and MacBook owners. I simply cannot overstate enough how much of a difference to pairing and reconnection the W1 chip makes.
Beats Studio2 (Left) and Beats Studio3 (Right). Photo Credit: Chloe Becquet Perhaps more importantly, the Studio3’s don’t give me a headache. Bose has made a big name for themselves in the noise cancelling market, but their active noise cancelling feature has always given me a low grade headache.
The Good: Balanced sound, excellent battery life, secure fit, easy pairing with Apple devices The Bad: Can become uncomfortable after more than an hour, sound quality isn’t good enough to justify $350 on its own Who they’re for: The fashionable, Apple fans looking for premium sound quality,...
I can tell you the exact moment I was sold on Beats by Dre’s extraordinary Studio3 wireless headphones . I was walking down Fifth Avenue, my blue Studio3 headphones hugging my ears as I listened to a new podcast featuring Nerdist CEO Chris Hardwick and Adam Savage.
I stream movies, TV, and music via multiple apps on an Apple TV. Headphones are easy to setup and use. Noise cancellation works great so I can't hear the dishwasher or laundry machines while streaming. Sound is good but could be better.

Uncomfortable after extended use
After building up my expectations for Studio3 to be an industry-leading wireless headphone based on the momentum of the fantastic Solo3 that preceded it, Apple’s infinite resources and talent, and the groundbreaking W1 chip, I ended up being extremely disappointed with Studio3.

Way Much Better than 2.0. I really really impressed with a quality of the music. Almost instant syncing/re syncing with apple family devices. I don't really what else to say than just wow.
Buying these headphones was a huge stretch for my budget. The reviews were mixed so I decided I’d try them for myself. I am so happy with them. The headphones are comfortable and the sound is amazing. I connect with Bluetooth when watching a movie on my Fire TV, every sound is precise.
Bought a pair of Studio 3's at the Apple Store earlier today, and I am quite happy with the headphones. They are comfortable and the noise cancellation works great. I can walk around the house without my phone and keep music playing, and bluetooth connects quickly even between devices.
Before I bought these I read several reviews that were all about 50/50 either for or against them. But I took a chance on trying them even though the reviews (from several sites) were all over the place. Here’s my take these Beats Studio 3’s: First of all, they look great.
Have had these for almost 2 years. No complaints at all. The headset charges very fast. Very comfortable for hours on the head. This beats headset is worth every penny. No over kill on bass or highs.. just perfect
Disappointed in sound quality. Not nearly as good as my older model beats model B0501. Color not a s bright as pictured. Really not pleased with sound quality for the price. returning item
I’ve had many headphones such as beats, Bose, etc. But my favorite thus far has been the studio beats. You don’t feel something inside your ear. They over your whole ear. And the sound quality gives you the experience of being at the gym by yourself. Highly recommended.
The not super intelligent person who said they don't work with new apple products? Completely wrong, lol. Probably has his case on and didn't plug the cable in all the way. There is no way a software version would affect the use of this specific device, it would be an issue with anything plugged...

Great sound and very comfortable to wear for hours. Carrying case is nice and they have put up with frequent use very well.
-
-
Batteries required, I don't mind too much but it would be nice to have an option to use them without noise cancellation. I'm not sure how much if any power from the batteries is used to power the drivers?
