The iPad was the first tablet of the type that we know today, and while our review unit is only Apple's most affordable entry-level product in this segment, it gets a lot right and is, in the end, a very good tablet. It provides a first-class feel, high performance, and a long life cycle.

There are two situations where an iPad might be the best tablet for your kids: 1) you want a device that can be used by the entire family, or 2) you already have an iPad in your household and want to give it to your child as a hand-me-down.This iPad equipped with Touch ID and you can enable parental...

The iPad 10.2-inch (9th Gen) is an excellent budget tablet, and this new version fixes the two biggest gripes I had with its predecessor. It's just as capable for creative work as it is for watching YouTube, making it the cheap tablet you can do the most with.

+
Great value overall, Strong screen quality, Fast and capable, Better storage capacity
-
-
Apple Pencil's awkward charging, Weak camera quality, No landscape stereo speakers

It's a nice mix of power and price, you can't find another tablet on the market that will beat it's performance and also receive updates for years to come. Apple is the best about pushing updates out for their products and giving them long life spans. This thing runs like a dream.

I will admit I’m more of windows and android user but have to say, I like this tablet a lot as the more I use it. Its great for digital art, videos, and photos. I have one gripe is that there is no auxiliary port for this, so you will need a converter for auxiliary cords or a Bluetooth device if you...

The IPad is great, of course, but the cover and keyboard are frustrating and not user friendly in my opinion. The keypad is not stationary on the cover and the cover it sits on is flimsy…making it almost impossible to type on your lap.

Really enjoy the new IPad. Does more than I expected.

I recently bought my nephew a new ipad as his old one was not working well and was very slow. Really like the resolution and easy to set it up for the kid. I love that I have the control of what the kids can download and watch. The ipad is fast and the tips help with all the new updates.

Love it, charge last longer than older model strongly recommend purchasing

Works as expected. A BIG improvement over my 2016 iPad Air for speed and screen definition

This Gen 9 ipad replaced my older gen 5 ipad. The old one was getting shorter battery life, and the new ios was obviously having trouble with the older hardware. The new iPad is what you expect. Faster, larger screen. Runs ios nice again and battery life is back to normal.

I had an iPad mini. Replaced with this for studies
