I say a nice surprise because I am surprised that it actually cleans pretty well. It can get under the cupboards too. I think it does a very good job of cleaning. The only downsides I have about it is a couple times I had to start the job all over again, as it needed a bin clean but I couldn't...

No issues with this vacuum works like a champ. It cleans about 1000 sq. ft. in one charge if I vacuum a couple times a week. Weekly, it takes 1+ charge I assume because of the amount of dirt. Was worried about getting an unknown brand so I went with the classic and it did not disappoint.

My floors have never felt cleaner. Its astonishing how much lint and dirt and hair it picks up each time! It's also super easy to clean. I had the model in the price range below this one that doesn't have mapping and I would highly recommend to spend the extra money because its so much better.

Purchased as a gift for my elderly parent's and they love it .. they set it up, download the app and programmed areas to vacuum after the initial mapping without any problem. And they tell me their floors are now super clean.

Great machine. It cleans better than I do and I like that I can schedule different rooms to be cleaned at different times and days after a full mapping of my place is done. I can put up virtual walls as well.

Far exceeded my expectation! We have a golden retriever and the floors look amazing (no carpets). Worth the money - happy with the purchase.

Simple to set up and much better than the 3 year old model it replaces. The 'pickup' of dirt is very good and the filter easier to extract and clean. It is however noisier than the old beast so we program it to run while we are out. It is BTW our third Roomba and we see no reason to switch brands.
