This could very well be the best camera I've used yet to capture live music performances. I've tried the Kodak Z-8i, the Sony Webbie and various other cell phone based cameras and one of the factors has always been the less than adequate audio quality, particularly in venues where the sound pressure...
I knew exactly what I wanted to use this camera for when I ordered it, and crossed my fingers it would work as planned. I have a home 16 track recording studio and wanted a way to not only record videos of my performances in my studio, but I also wanted to capture the audio mix with effects from my...
Easy set upGreat quality videoGreat quality audioFlexible wiring options for inputs and outputs
It's not terrible for picking up sound, but it certainly isn't excellent quality. More importantly, I made about 15 videos on it over the course of a very busy couple weeks and when I went to put on the computer, it only had the last two videos from a performance I did in San Fransisco.
This one of the coolest things I have ever bought. It records great video and audio (especially the audio). I was pleasantly surprised who well this thing works and how easy it is to operate. Well worth the money! I would recommend purchasing the accessories pack (sold separately).
nice and very helpful product!
Ok gadget. Audio is great but video isn’t. I’m keeping it since there is no viable alternative at this moment. If they keep improving this little thing, one day it’ll be great. But for now, it’s just good
Running this thing on AA batteries is a joke. It will last 30 minutes tops. Make sure to plug it into a USB battery back
I've run the ZOOM recorders for years... GREAT product. I had one of the first Zoom video recorders (NOT impressed).. BUT, they have overcome the learning curve on this one. My only "complaints"... I wish it was 4 channel audio, and damn....
On 2.15.2018, I had the pleasure of video taping a group in Boston for their 'promo', needless to say I used the Zoom Q2n for part of the production, it allowed me to get in the tight close-up shoots in the restaurant without interference with customers and the wait staff; I believe some people were...
OMG.. we love our New Zoom Q2NI was with a man at grand central Terminal that gives tours of the building., We werent on the tour, but we talked and I recorded him as I was panning throughout the view of the buildingThe unit Zooms in on what I selected, overall it was a great video with impeccable...
