Great purchase
This hood came within a week or ordering! It was well packaged. It's up now and is absolutely beautiful. The only comment is from my contractor who was concerned that just two screws on the back would not hold the weight. He added some support. The kitchen reno is not finished so have not used the fan, although it works. Will update.

Good looking with problems
Installed today.. it hits all the points for looks. But.. the PDF online indicated it could be back vented..Wrong.. the owner’s manual is poorly written and the lighting is dim and makes the food look green.
A.. Hubby worked all day retrofitting the hood to be back vented
B. Poorly written manual
C. Hubby is again trying to figure out a solution to the lighting situation..again probably going to change bulbs and maybe add lighting.

Great exhaust hood and service from distributor
Hood looks and operates great. Also very easy to install. Make sure you double the cfm the calculation may indicate. Most of the time I can run at low speeds but when I load it up with burgers it nice to crank it up.
The first two hoods were damaged during shipment but the distributor shipped replacements right away with push back. Was very impressed.

I bought this about a month ago and not only does it look beautiful but the performance has been awesome. It has 4 fan speeds to choose from and the LED lights are an excellent source of light. This is a true professional grade hood.

beautiful hood....however.
the buttons/control panel gets gummed up by grease fumes that are pulled up by the strength of the fan. so much so, that I have to keep disconnecting the control panel and cleaning the buttons with degreaser with a toothbrush. I wish there were a better solution that having to do this about once a month.

Just as advertised.
Had the range hood in use for about four months now and I am very happy with it overall. Have used the range grill for various meats that produce smoke and have only had the vent speed on two to maintain non-smoky area. The four LED lights are a big plus and vent system is easy to clean.
