Beautiful
I bought about 9 months ago. I love the fan and light features. Both work extremely well.
The problem is the filters just sit in place and once the door slammed and they fell onto my ceramic cooktop. I am afraid that if they ever fall again it could potentially break it. I have put double sided tape on the edges to keep this from happening. Also ladies you might want to be present when it is hung. My cabinet guy hung it to high and I have to get on my toes to turn it on and off. Overall I am happy.

We love this hood
I was looking for a wooden hood and these were the only reasonably price hoods that I could find. I bought it without having many reviews to read hoping it would work. We love it. Not only is it well made and beautiful the fan works well. We weren't able to add the chimney due to our low ceilings but it still looks great.

We haven't installed this yet, as we won't be starting our kitchen project for almost another month, but I'm giving it 5-stars based on looks alone. Such a stunning hood!! Really heavy wood, no damage to speak of. Was delivered very quickly and the Range Hood Store was great about updating tracking information.
The color of the hood is exactly what I imagined it to be and will look lovely with our dark wood trim and pop again the sort of beige subway tile we're using for the back splash.

After hunting high and low for a beautiful range hood for my new kitchen I came across this one and was really pleased to see the price. It was just what I was looking for AND it included the fan system. I received it quickly after ordering and couldn’t wait to open the box and take a look. I was thrilled to see it is just as lovely as it looks online. I don’t have it up yet as my kitchen hasn’t been started yet. I will take a picture and post here as soon as the kitchen is complete. Do not hesitate to purchase this. It’s awesome.

Bad packaging
We bought this for our new construction home. Builder is putting it in and so far it looks great. However, it came chipped pretty bad during shipping. (Noticed before installation so not the builders fault). There was a loose metal piece in the box sliding around and chipped it. Since it has a rustic look I can fill the chip and match the stain so I’m not concerned. Some buyers might not be so forgiving! I cannot speak to its performance yet.
