For the price and features - no question that it's love at first sight. But get more technical the color is off. Make skins very pale. Charge release is inconsistent through many shots. Must attach external power source to keep up. Drain battery faster than the canon 600.
Using it as Radio Slave to 430 EX RT works very well for me. Functionally it is a very good Flash. Build Quality is not same as Canon but that was already known to me before purchasing.

Got this as a present for my Mom & she loves it. I really like this set up product design and functionality, it makes my life very easy and comfortable, I love it! Very disappointed, as I was expecting a high quality product.
Excellent value for the money. I'm a very experienced photographer with over 40 years personal and professional experience using a wide range of speed-lights and studio strobes. The new ETTL flash technology is great for fast moving situations where shots appear and disappear quickly.
Excellent flash. There are a ton of detailed reviews on the product; essentially, it's a knock-off of the Canon 600EX-RT, for a fraction of the price. The build quality is slightly lower (though it doesn't feel "cheap" at all), and the instruction manual is a little cryptic, but the price difference...
In using it as a prime, and then second flash unit it performed well under working conditions so there are no complaints whatsoever....and it's very much nicer than paying up to 400 dollars more for the original company unit...
Very happy with this flash. I am hoping it lasts . It is very sturdy and well labeled. I played with it last night and had no problems. There are alot of settings that I need to learn however the auto settings are perfect for now. So excited to get my slave flash and will be buying this exact one!
Great purchase, does all the functions as the high end Canon 600 does. Flash head is bigger than the 580 EX II. I love the intuitive menu and once you like a settings it remains set. The flash is well built.
