My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

You’re just paying for the name. Its not worth the money you have to spend for it. Ice and yeti ice pack both melt daily within 8 hours

Great cooler, mediocre RMA process
The cooler is great no problem. The problem lies with the return process. I had to return due to personal reason and the process took a few days to get back an RMA, only after about 3 emails from me did they finally send it. Then the label came in one email while a packing slip came in another. The slip was an attachment so it was easy to print. The return label was in the email in landscape form. Not an attachment. After fighting with the printer and printing out different styles to try to get it to fit on page I gave up and saved the label as a picture then printed. Yea I could have done so from the beginning but didn’t want to print a picture. Just a pain when they could have easily added it as an attachment. I know it’s small reason to complain about but was annoying

Expensive and Ineffective
Worked OK-ish from the start. Disappointed with the performance as it did not keep Ice nor contents cool for at least one day which is on par with inferior brands. I followed all suggestions and methods yeti list to improve the function of the product to no avail. Yeti please help.

Coolest (literally) lunchbox around
I work a job where I don’t have access to a fridge for 10 hrs + so this is the perfect way to keep all of my snacks and meals cool all day long, even in Arizona heat! It’s also super easy to clean with a fashionable look.
