My husband bought this for his garage. It works great, radio stations come in crystal clear, it's easy to connect to bluetooth, and it comes with a remote. All you need are some speakers and you're ready go!
If you're looking for a simple medium power stereo with high quality sound, this would make a great choice. The distortion specifications are up there with much more expensive receivers.
I already had a Dolby stereo receiver in my living room, but I did not need all those 'extras' for a receiver in my bedroom. This filled the bill very nicely. I love the variable loudness control, which almost acts like an equalizer for less-than-perfect recordings, or whenever you need to turn down...
Everything I expected. Great for 2 channel stereo for CD and MP3 play. Simple straightforward controls and clean sound. Now waiting for new speakers and subwoofer.
Remote doesn't have manual tuning capability,, to manually turn a freq,, you have to get up, out of resting position, and use small up/down buttons.
Good little amp. Sound is great. I love the bypass switch and sub woofer output. Could be more powerful but the next model up (R-N303 BL) did not have as good audio specs as this one. Plenty loud enough for my garage.
