I use it to enjoy myself in listening my best musics and songs <br />I also use it when i watch telivision and movies.
Attractive Design, Easy to Mount, Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Great Sound Quality
I was considering buying these speakers reading the reviews here at audioreview.com. The comments were very convincing and satisfying. As the speakers are... Of course, as every speaker, they need to be used intensely for about 1-2 days at the first time, as they may sound a bit differently; they...
Sound: clarity, accuracy; it's beautiful Look: piano black is elegant, stylish and also beautiful
There are no real weaknesses. Only some minor ones: bass is a bit deeper with a good receiver or a subwoofer; piano black loves fingerprints.
These speakers have good highs and also midrange, the bass could be a little better...but with my subwoofer it doesn't matter much. The appearance of the speaker are very nice having the piano gloss look....looks like very exspensive speakers, for the money you can't beat these speakers!
After a lengthy review of speakers to replace my fronts in a surround sound system RXV663 Yamaha A/V amp and as the mains for stereo music listening I selected the Yamaha NS-555. These really sound great after a 100-150 hour break-in period.
Great sound and looks on a shoestring budget.
Needs a break-in for best sound, needs careful placement for best bass.
I love these speakers. They are just what one would want if they prefer the actual live play back sound of a good live rock band. If you like easy listen jazz, again these are the speakers for you. If you like bass in these types music, they have it and plenty more.
I replaced some older Bose 301 I was using as my front left and right and, wow. These speakers completed my home theater system and made such a difference. I was not a big fan of the feet so I did not use them and put the speaker directly on the tile floor next to the home theater cabinet.

These are not very efficient speakers at 88db. You need a good true 50 WPC at a minimum to drive them. Additionally, you must position speakers properly in an appropriate environment/room. (Any/all speakers) My listening room is 11x14 with 8 foot ceilings.
Extremely satisfying speakers. Great soundstage and very dynamic. Well balanced neutral speakers. Great imaging. Deep and punchy bass.
Low Sensitivity/efficiency (88db)
Overall this is a great main speaker setup. The sound is crystal clear, the mids and highs are perfect sound reproduction. These speakers should be used with a sub woofer if you are looking for deep rich bass. The Bass on these speakers are exact and punch, but don't fill the room.
Sound Sound Sound
Bass is not full and rich when listening to music. Needs a sub woofer
I like the finish. Sound is very good. You can spend five times more money and get better sound but for this price I am very happy with them.
Good speaks but need sub for some music. I'm not thrilled with the bass response on these. My old Fairfax towers were way better in the low end.
