Bought as a replacement for my Behringer mixer which served me well so much crisper sound and its got a good range of vocal effects to suit most venues and eventualities Its got plenty of outputs so I can have satellite speakers controlled separately to the main speakers
Now we are talking. The Yamaha mixer improved the mic pickup tremendously. The "on" button is a must when you have multiple mics running but need a quick way to suppress someone. The layout is clean and easy.
"On" button, sensitivity, layout.
Volume sliders could use a little better quality build.
The Yamaha mixers are the perfect solution to your audio mixing needs. Quality built and reasonable priced. Take yours home today and perform your music like there's no tomorrow.
Sound quality is good but the usb input seems to bypass effects. Documentation is minimal and there are numerous pads, switches, knobs and control settings which are somewhat less intuitive than I would prefer. It'll be a learning curve,
Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is the switch pot on the effects knob is a little iffy. I had to pull it off and sand it shorter to make the attenuation work reliably. Other than that it's great.
I use this mixer for church audio and video mixing. The sound quality is excellent. It is very easy to use and control panel is laid out very nice. The USB port is a very nice feature as well.
The Yamaha unit really doesn't disappointment. Simple to use and great effects. I'd say the sound is so very clean. Has all of the great features you would expect. 2x aux channels. Great bit of kit.
Lightweight, easy to use and great sound. I just wanted a portable mixer with enough channels to do the gig - and this one fills the bill. I would've given it a 5 star rating if ALL channels had had mid range EQ. Other than that, I'm very happy. No more racks for me!
Bought this to mix down 6 channels from my roland e drums before sending to my recording interface. Works great!
great mixer, bought to use for church services and recording and works great
simple to use, usb, compression
