Great little mixer. Bought it specifically because it's the only one in this size format that has full XLR outputs. Really good at what it does. I do wish it had solo buttons, though.
This is a fab little mixer if you just need to mix a line level audio source such as a cd player or ipad and a couple of microphones. It even has phantom power for condenser mics!
Use on location video shooting. Phantom power is good to have. Would buy again
This mixer is perfect, ideal for playing out with Phone, tablet pc etc, XLR connections to speaker/s with great control. Small and compact I use this for quiz nights where one speaker, mic and music on phone is required. Sound quality is very good.
Seems that it is built to last and had no problems to follow instructions and get the settings right for use. The ambient hiss is not a problem when it is actually used to drive the speaker. Haven't tested the backing track playback with this yet. But I trust the Yamaha brand.
I bought this mixer specifically to use for small jobs when I do not need my large Mackie or QSC. The main reason I chose this one was because it has balanced XLR outputs, which most of the other mixers in this price range do not have.
Can't complain. We use this for small interviews, great size and great sound.
Solid mixer from one of the best brand in audio. Solid build quality," XLR output" --> in this price range and size its possibly one and only to have this but its missing a very essential, useful feature that should be on it like the other mixer in this categorie: the USB port even the cheapest...
