After figuring out how to use this(which didn't take long), I have been having a lot of fun with it. The effects are cool for both guitar and vocals, but I do wish there were more options. For the price, it is definitely worth the buy.
Does everything I wanted. Compact and well made. Music world just got better for me!!
For the size and the price , it is great value , but more importantly what it does is so good . The mix and the effects , very happy I bought it
I have used this mixer for two years now as a football/ music announcer. The stadium I use it at is mono. I attach two iPods, a Sennheiser microphone, and Sennheiser HMD-281-13 (Yes, I announce football/basketball/soccer games).
Compact size and design, but no USB and limited fx selection. If you want to record voice, better off with the upgraded model
Would have liked at least one more output but I work without it. Sound effects are a convenient addition yet could use a more pronounced output. Other than that nice, no complaints
This is not a heavy metal chassis screwed down metal shaft pot battle tank. It also has a very light switcher instead of a transformer based power supply. It is a great relief in my gig bag compared to the heavy Mackie 802 it replaced.
I replaced my old and discontinued Berhinger minimix 800 karaoke mixer with this Yamaha MG06X. I'm very satisfied with its digital sound effects especially the reverb. Many karaoke mixers only have echo effect.
Portable and easy to use
Compact. Good build quality. Easy to operate.
