Yamaha CRX-322 CD Receiver

Wow! I have this little hot shot hooked up to my NS1000 monitors and it's amazing. I've had these top of the line Yamaha speakers hooked up to many amplifiers over the last 35 years and this receiver does a remarkable job. I would buy again.

Nicely compact receiver with simple system inputs and outputs: used to power in wall kitchen speakers with FM music, audio for cable television and the once in a while CD. Replaced 30 year old compact Technics failed receiver in small height corner shelf space.

Have had this over 4 years now and it still works. I have used the FM almost daily and the CD less often. Good sound quality.. Powers my in wall speakers quite well. I needed a unit to hook up to these which had been installed in a house I moved into and this fills the bill.

The first thing to know is that this is an old-style iPhone 4 connection (30 pin style) not the lightning connector that has been in use for over 3 years. I assume that you can buy a lightning adapter cord but it will not be a docking station. On the positive side, the sound is very good.

the size is perfect. im not thrilled with the old style ipod cradle. for that price it should be the lightning connector. It also seems to shut off by its self after hours of inactivity.

The device has a good tuner and can power speakers. It fits well in an office with limited space.

This fills my needs for a small simple stereo. I’m happy with the full sound quality and clarity.

Imagine mini amplifier 20 watts per speaker but it is very loud n clear sound. Yamaha is #1 for music. Thank you very Yamaha complete perfect sound.

Very nice sound and functionality for the size.

nice package perfect for my music room, compact great sound with a subwoofer ...which I would say is a must.
