Purchased these a few months ago just mix down sounds for the video I was working on an I found myself loving everything about these. Being able to get a true quality mix down in a small room means everything especially since I don’t have access to a huge studio at the current moment.

I’ve had m audio bx8’s , m audio bx5a’s , krk 5’s. As soon as I set these up and started working with them I was shocked by the clarity. I have my setup in a small room in an apartment and these are perfect for that ! Every other monitor was too low end heavy and sounded muddy for my situation.

I had read a lot of reviews about these and the lack of bass response. I really like the tone of these. A flat response with a very pro monitor mid range ie tone. Not sure how to discribe other then the tone is Very clean and crisp.

I bought these as I started getting serious with my mixing. I can honestly say they HELP getting a better mix. In the sense that they sound flat so you're forced to work your sounds so they can sound great coming out of these speakers.

Great purchase. Monitors have crystal clear playback and are an outstanding upgrade to my home recording studio! Highly recommended.

I’m sure bass enthusiasts will need a little more oomph on the low end but for me it’s just fine. I can hear everything I need. Maybe I’ll add the sun later but I have no complaints with the low end for now from just these two with no sound treating and a less than ideal set up

When choosing between these and the 7's or 8's, these are like Super NS-10s! I only advise these to musicians who's wiling to tweak and put work in for your music to sound perfect. Due to the poor bass sound these WILL make you work for your perfect mix!

For mixing these are hard to beat. Clean. Every vocal. Every nuance. Every instrument. If it's clean on these speakers it will be great on whatever folks are listening on...even the non-discerning. And if you want to rock out with them, you can equalize and turn the volume up.

Great monitor for the price range looks good and sounds good can't complain!
