This printer has been rock-solid reliable for over three years. Helps to have the right paper (or to properly configure for the paper you have) for the best color. Tech support was accessible and helpful in the beginning when I had the wrong (glossy) paper from an old printer from a different...
For those that buy this printer and can't get the wireless to work: 1) until the wireless adapter is installed and the printer rebooted, it won't give the wireless option; 2) the wireless adapter connection port in the printer is recessed too far for the length of the adapter, so you've got two...
I have always hated printers but his one has been pretty great overall. It wakes up when you go to print, It was pretty easy to set up and we get Great print quality...oh and it flips the page! Best part is it's NOT an inkjet so if you don't use it all the time the cartridge doesn't dry up!
I only print a couple of pages a month and this has been great for that so far. It wakes up when I need it to, prints beautifully, then goes back into sleep mode. I really can't really speak to anything else as I'm still using the toner cartridges that came with it but so far it's everything I hoped...
So far the printers works ok. The challenges are 1.) when the printer goes into sleep mode it goes offline so you have to activate printer and run troubleshooter on your desktop to reconnect and 2.) the paper tray jams often enough that it is a p.i.t.a. The print quality and speed are ok.

I have never had such a horrible printer in my life. It NEVER wants to print not even when I hook up to it with the USB. I would TELL anyone looking for a printer RUN AWAY FROM THIS ONE
This printer is quick and prints professional quality laser color print. It is perfect for small business. I am not using it on a network or wireless, but it has that option. The replacement toner can be found for a reasonable price.
probably more than I needed for a home use color laser printer but this thing is fantastic!
