Whynter 18 Inch Freestanding Wine Cooler

Item never really cooled to the lowest temperature. After 2.5 years, starting a loud humming noise, stopped cooling all together and finally quit working. Needs to be replaced. Was only used on a counter in my yoga studio to host water bottles and kombucha... very disappointed!

1 month into ownership and loving the fridge! Bottles fit well. The lock will not stop anyone from really wanting to get into the fridge, but I will just have to tell my (adult) children if they break it, they bought it. There is a hum to the unit, but I don't mind.

Have had this wine cooler in operation for the past four months, and my wife and I are pleased with the performance. Fits very nicely in one of our kitchen nooks. Cools the wines more than adequately. Does have a very soft humming sound, but not loud enough to be an annoyance.

We've had no problems with maintaining the temperature we set and it doesn't make enough noise to be noticeable, and we keep it in a large pantry off our family room and office. We've been very pleased and haven't had trouble with bottles of different shapes or sizes.

This doesn’t get to 52° even though the temperature control says 52°. That’s the coldest setting, but my white wine is barely cool. This might work for red wine, but don’t waste your money if you enjoy a nice glass of white wine that’s properly chilled.

This doesn’t chill wine very good. What a waste! Very dissatisfied. Guess I’ll put it up in the garage.

Will not close with Taller wine bottles.

I though it would chill colder than 52 degrees but that is fine . The locking feature keeps the teens out too.
