My wife and I have had this unit going on 4 years now and we love it and have recommended it to our friends and neighbors. It fits nicely under the counter in our kitchen and is more spacious than it looks. Love the Whynter brand!
Bought 2 of them - one for white and one for red wines. I bought these in 2011 had them for over 7 years now but one lasted about 5+ years. Either way not too bad. I had both running continuously in a built-in in fashion (had custom wine area built around them) and one set to 48 for white and the...
This replaced another wine cooler that never worked very well...another manufacturer. This is quite and efficient. Built in model looks great in our kitchen.
fits our space perfectly! Very quiet running and lots of space for wine.Has 2 keys to lock unit and very smart design! Would definitely would recommend it.
I should have listened to the reviews. Noisy unit. Sounds like a cheap college dorm fridge. I can never sit and enjoy quiet. When the unit isn't running it is cycling and still making sounds. I wish I could return it
I've been looking for a 12" wide undercounter wine frig that was reasonably price for a long time. I'm very happy with my choice so far. The only complaint I'd have is when it runs its a bit loud. Some times I can't tell if it's my full size frig or the wine frig. Pro - easy to install.
I would give a zero. Only good for short term use. At one year, froze and busted everything. Thermostat says 7 we but our thermostat says 20.
This fridge is cheaply made. Even if you think you might get lucky and get a good one, you will not. Do not get this fridge. We got the first one and within the year it didn't work. It was u der a 1-year warranty, but we still had to pay $200 to ship it back for a new one.
I bought this in 2016, worked fine, then recently stopped cooling. Repair service found coolant low, suspects a leak, and refilled it ($150). Still won't cool. Whynter says control unit probably died. I say junk it and get another brand.
Bought this fridge in Nov’17 but installed March’18... while it worked, it kept the wine somewhat cool but never at the desired temp. Then... it lost complete control! It was freezing water and wouldn’t stop running. We called, trouble shooting wasn’t successful and here’s the catch...
