Hood Vent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved into a new build house end of May and this vent was included in the build. No issues. I like the lights that are up front which illuminate my cook area. I once had a range hood with lights in the back which did nothing to illuminate your cook area, so I am thrilled that this one has them up front where they are useful.

Finger prints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During installation (I assume) no care was taken about finger prints, therefore I am stuck with the job of cleaning them off…I have tried a dry soft cloth & a wet one (w/o any cleaning solution) and they are still there..any recommendations?

Terrible
We moved into our new home 9 months ago. This hood is loud and leaks oil into my glass stove. Service has come in and says it is cooking oil accumulation. I hardly cook. Their solution was to send 2 new vents which are flimsy and bent. Very poor product

The chimney is flimsy.
