Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Terrible Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is possibly the worst washer I have ever had! I put a set of queen sheets and a couple bath towels in and took out the agitator. The sheets and towels ended up wadded inside the bottom sheet and didn't fully drain. I had to untangle the mess by hand and put all on spin dry. So the next time I left the agitator in. The clothes washed fine but the sheets mostly end up in knots that I have to untangle to put in the dryer! That has happened with clothes too! I cannot even wash on Regular Wash! What do you have to say about this stupid washing machine, and when can you come and get it!?

Not intuitive.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been doing laundry for 60+ years and have never had problems figuring out how to use a washing machine, mine or others. But this new washer, the 'conveniently labeled' buttons are not intuitive. Turning it on isn't. The materials that came with the machine are woefully inadequate to explain to the user what, aside from hot and cold, the buttons do, enable or disable. I guess I'll have to go to the web site to get the full deal. Spend a bit more on printing and tell us in the manual! Not everyone wants to go to the Internet to learn how to use what should be a simple machine.

So far, so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this for about 3 weeks now. Love the bigger tub, the removeable agitator and the ability to add more water if needed. Its a little noisy while washing but on the other hand I can't ever hear the buzzer that tells you when the wash is done. Also there is no way to know how long each load is going to take since there isn't any wash time indicator. For those of you who are a little older like I am, this machine like all others is really cheaply made. The metal is very flimsy and the plastic parts are too. I just hope the motor and tub hold up like their predecessor's did.

Junk Again! Shameful product. No water!
Another disappointment. The last Whirlpool I had, had the spin feature wack out and I hated it because it didn't have the agitator or fill up with water which caused my clothes to rip and not be clean since they were rarely covered in water. I always had to wash them on the bulky cycle to use the deep water feature. Imaginey disappointment when I had to search and find a new washer and got this one, thinking it had a water selection button that allowed the tub to fill up to "high" since it has that selection option, only to find out it doesn't fill it or cover the clothes again and I can't use the machine on any selection but bulky, AGAIN. And even then, it doesn't fill all the way.

I'm Not Happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 60 Days after purchase the brain died. That was four weeks ago. Turns out the entire panel needs to be replaced; which is exactly what I mean when I say that the brain died. Apparently this is not a part that Whirlpool ever keeps in stock. An order has been placed with the factory in China to BEGIN production. Minimum another 3-4 weeks. I'm not happy. I have a household to run and a full time job. No one is reimbursing the trips to the laundromat that are difficult at best to schedule in. No real standing behind ones product. Absolutely unreasonable for any appliance to die this quickly.

Terrible Experience – Don’t Waste Your Money
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer and dryer combo for only a few days, and it’s already been a nightmare. It worked fine the first day, but on the third day, while washing a blanket, the machine stopped mid-cycle and filled with water. The lid locked, and it was stuck on “wash.” After turning it off and back on, I managed to drain the water and remove the blanket — but after that, it completely stopped working.
It’s been only four days since I purchased it, and I already have to schedule a technician to come out. Very disappointing! This machine has serious sensing issues and is unreliable. I absolutely do not recommend this product. I wish I had never bought it.

Proceed with caution
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have nothing but problems since I purchased this machine less than 30 days ago. It isn’t spinning out on any setting. I have to put it on drain and spin for it to spin out the clothes. It isn’t pulling in the fabric softener. I have contacted whirlpool suppose to have an appt set up for today, so we shall see how this goes.

Regretting my decision
I bought this washing machine 5 days ago because I was always told whirlpool is one of the best and easiest costumer service departments to work with I really am regretting my decision at buying their product and I have only had it for 5 days. I am having problems with my clothes not being washed properly. The agitator only moves maybe a quarter of a turn and is very slow moving. Call for service on Sunday as I was told whirlpool has 24/7 service. Unable to talk or schedule anything until Monday. They only work Monday through Friday. Would not recommend this product or company at this time. Hope things improve once I am able to reach the service dept
