Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Does not properly wash lighter loads & sheets
I have owned several Whirlpool washers over the years. Thought I would really like the removable agitator but have found the smaller agitator does not properly wash smaller loads even when high water level option used. Having to rewash a load of my daughter’s work shirts as many areas still dry. Running a second wash (quick wash) on the shirts and shocked at the amount of detergent suds still coming out. This machine is noisier than my previous models and causes vibrations. I have photos that I have taken from previous loads of sheets, pants & shirts that have dry spots. Would not recommend this product. Poor agitation & water levels.

Probably done with Whirlpool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dual wash mode with removable agitator is what got me to buy this washer! But I wonder about the water fill level because it is so low. I would like to select the water level. This washer is very loud. I do not like the rounded top to either the washer or the dryer. Did not get an instruction manual that explains different wash selections, their length of time & other info. Not getting a manual with either the washer or the dryer is a 1st in over 45 years of appliance buying. I had a Whirlpool set about 25 years ago at another house & I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance.

Horrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago today and it’s sad to say that I’m extremely disappointed in my purchase. The fill option is sensor only and it never fills enough. I always have to add more water from the faucet. The agitator barely moves when it’s washing and always leaves me feeling like my clothes aren’t clean. There’s nowhere to add detergent or fabric softener, so you have to add it on top of your clothes and I absolutely hate that. I wish I would have researched more before making the purchase, because now I’m stuck with a washer that I hate!

Frustrating to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wash cycle in itself works great. Clothes definitely feel clean and washed. However, I picked this strictly because I wanted a simple top-load washing machine. The touch buttons fail to work half the time, and you must push hard to get a response remotely. The fabric softener setting doesn't unlock the door during the last cycle, so you can't add it unless you physically unlock it. When you try to start the load from where it left off after adding the softer fabric, the washer starts the entire load from the beginning. For a simple washing machine, it's extremely frustrating.

My washer does not seem to clean my clothes
I’ve been noticing that my clothes and sheets just don’t seem to be complete clean. I was watching the agitator recently and noticed that the clothes and sheets stay in the same position through my the wash. My older machines the agitator would pull the clothes down and you could tell all the clothes were being washed. I just pulled out a lid of clothes. I pulled out a tennis skirt to hang up and see the stains were still there. I rubbed them off easily with my thumb. I’ve attached a video and photo. It made me realize that the machine is not completely washing my clothes. I’m very disappointed and feel stuck with my purchase.

BAD DESIGNE
Who the heck designed this washer? It don't completely agitate the load. There were dry spots on the sheets and dry powderd detergent . I used the deep water setting because the load was not fully immersed in water. The load is not rinsed by a full tub of water, instead the clothing just gets sprayed while it spins. Your clothes don't get rinsed fully either. This is, by far the most useless product I've ever purchased. I can live without a fabric softener dispenser, all though it is an inconvenient omission. I hope I can swap this out with another Whirlpool washer. Keep all the bells and whistles, just give me clean clothing.

Noisy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is noisy. There should be a recall on the SHORT Drain Line because it is slamming off the back of the machine. I have read people are trying to use sponges behind their lines but for the Price WHY should Anyone needs to? Seems to me this is a defect problem!!! I dislike computer machines, have to split large loads cause not enough water and Hate Locking Lid. Using more energy now, 1 hour per 1/2 load, to run this one as well as extra water. Do like the removable agitator. I wish whirlpool would go back to their Orginal Style because they were the Best. Had mine for 20 Years. In fairness for the general public, Please Post.

Would NOT buy another
I bought this in July of 2022, so I have had this machine almost 10 months. I typically will do somewhere between 5-7 loads of laundry every week. The washer lid sometimes locks and sometimes does not. You have to hold down the start button until the lights light up all the way across. I have tried to start the washer multiple times as I leave the house and arrive home just to see the washer did not start. I am now having trouble with the washer not draining water out of it now. The washer will not start. I have tried every cycle to get it to at least drain the water out of it but no success yet.
