Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Stay away from this freezer - a nightmare
Stay away from this product. It has been a nightmare for my initial purchase in the Summer of 2021. We have had two service providers come out to try and fix a leak into under the crisper drawer. Nothing got fixed. Now the condenser is out, it's not under warranty. I called Whirlpool and initially they agreed to replace it. The next day a representative left me a message stating they won't be replacing it. Whirlpool has some very unethical business practices. This unit should be replaced as this is a manufacturing defect, not a general use issue. I would never purchase a Whirlpool applicance again. Stay away from this product.

Not quite sure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge about a month ago, and from day one we had many issues. The gasket did not escalate the refrigerator well, and water puddled on the shelves. The freezer grew very large peaks of ice, and froze everything together. I think it was just a lemon. A repair came out for warranty repair, and was going to replace the door… but I insisted replacement for the whole unit. Whirlpool authorized a full replacement, and it took quite a while to come, but in the end, this new fridge seems fine. Of course I’ve only had it for a week, so I guess the justly is still out. Hopefully it will be fine. 🤞

Temperature control not working
I received this regrigerator on June 3, 2020. I put a thermometer in the refrigerator to monitor the temperature. It held steady at 44 degrees. I would like it somewhere around 37 degrees. The temperature control has a small asterisk, a medium asterisk and a large asterisk. There is a green light above the medium size asterisk. I pressed the large asterisk and the green light remains above the medium size asterisk, a day later the temperature is still 44 degree. I press and hold the large asterisk for about 3 or 4 seconds and the green light remains above the medium size asterisk, a day later the temperature is still 44 degrees. Is something broke or am I not adjusting it properly?

Disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited a long time to buy a new refrigerator. If you put any amount of items in the fridge or freezer the temperature goes up to where all of our dairy food curdled. If you get the temperature up to ideal range the frozen items are rock hard and everything is iced up. After days of trying to get this to work correctly, we had to go out and purchase a small refrigerator to keep necessary food items in. Also, the amount of moisture is extreme and dripping everywhere. I unfortunately sold my large refrigerator or I would have brought it back in and got rid of this one.

Soaking wet food
Love wet, ruined food? Then look no further- this is the refrigerator for you. This is the worst possible refrigerator money can buy. Might as well buy a cooler with a ice pack. The coil is located in the freezer and cools the refrigerator by means of a mechanical blend door- doesn't take a meteorologist to figure out that a warm area and a cold area creates condensation and the blend doors make it rain water on all your food. I would like to meet the engineers that created this useless machine and offer them a old cold cup of coffee for all their hard work. Honestly the engineers must have graduated bottom of their class. The solution to this problem is having a bowl catch the water and dumping it out every day.

Good so far but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this new Whirlpool refrigerator a few weeks. It seems best for a smaller kitchen or apartment and at 11.6 cubic feet be aware that it won't easily accommodate a large number of items.
My food seems cold enough and I've had no spoilage so far. My only concern: I have a new, supposedly consumer-magazine tested thermometer inside the refrigerator, and it often reads around 42 degrees (F). That is a little high according to what I've read. Note that I have the refrigerator set at the recommended setting from the manual (..there are only three levels available). The next higher-up setting is too cold.

Nice so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too soon to tell to give a complete rating. I have only had this frig for 1 week; so far so good. I only had 1 issue with ice cream softening but decreased freezer temp ice cream seems more frozen. This is a basic model in basement for overflow items. I like the looks, the door shelving on both freezer & frig doors and the size of the produce bin. The freezer is a nice size, too, for overflow. I haven't had the issues of ice build up or water on shelves. I chose Whirlpool because the previous overflow was also this brand and it lasted nearly 50 yrs.!!! Amazing. Fingers crossed for this one.

Good looking functionality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a very specific size refrigerator and this one had what I needed, it was a trusted brand, and had good reviews. I’ve always had huge refrigerators and was not sure 11.6 cf was going to be enough but physical size was an issue. It is very sleek and modern looking and both the fridge and freezer compartments are far more spacious than I anticipated. If I were an engineer/designer I would always put the freezer on the bottom as it is used far less often and would not require bending constantly to retrieve things from the lower part of the refrigerator. But this appliance was a real value.
