Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Crap product and NO warranty help.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 months old and already needs service !
This refrigerator is a piece of junk.
The interior temperature is uneven throughout and things freeze on the top & second shelf.
It's set at 38 degrees which is warmer than I like and the top shelf temp is 33 and the bottom is 40.
yes, I have 3 thermometers inside !
Getting prompt warranty service is another joke,'the website is no help duen to a program glitch preventing the selection of a date for repair.
calling isn't much better, i was on hold for 40 minutes, have called 3 times and still have no service date.

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased about two months ago. Although info stated items on top shelf may freeze if vent covered. I was not prepared for the frozen and cracked eggs. Milk was frozen for 4days before I moved to lower shelf (still had ice crystals after 4 more days on lower shelf). Bread a little squishy and rolls from freezer soft and tough. I do not stack items as high as they would need to be to cover the vent. The repair person states he will order a new filter vent(?),control panel and sensor. Even though under warranty, It makes me wonder how long before other repairs needed. I think I got a “lemon.”

Was a long time buyer from
what is happening
14 months old and these bumps are showing up on the freezer door just under the water/ice dispenser. Being told warranty is 12 months. I've bought Whirlpool products for forever. Guess that changes now. Got this response to my rating. Then contacted them as directed only to be given the run around and told that as with any manufactured product there can be defects and we don't stand behind our product to fix those defects if they are outside the warranty (30 days on aesthetics, 1 year on functional) WHAT? I guess the post was just for show for people to read so they will think Whirlpool is trying to make things right. WRONG

AMPLE LIGHT OTHERWISE POOR DESIGN
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the amount of light in both the freezer and refrigerator. Two design elements are poorly thought out. A counter depth refrigerator should NOT have curved, outward bowing doors as it limits the how wide you can open the doors. It is difficult to remove the drawers to clean them because the door will not open flush against the countertop. The ice maker basket design is a weak point and will be the first thing to break. Also, adjusting the temperature is not intuitive. Had I been able to see this unit in person before purchasing I would not have purchased it.

TOO COOL COUNTER DEPTH
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new fridge was a replacement due to a nonrepairable issue that sometimes happens. Whirlpool was very accommodating under warranty protection. Although, my fridge was discontinued they supplied me with new one which I love! The counter depth side by side fits perfectly in my smaller kitchen in my new townhouse. A beautiful stainless steel with plenty of room for a older, single divorced woman starting a new chapter in her life. It is almost perfect! Just wish I could dispense ice and fill water with a 2nd cup at the same time as my other model; going to have to get the manual out to check it that is a possibility!!!

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator on an emergency basis and have incurred numerous problems since. Items are freezing in the refrigerator side despite the temperature being set at 37 degrees. The ice and water dispensers are difficult to use and the unit is very noisy. It would be impossible to press a wine glass against the lever without breaking it in your hand. The mechanism itself takes up far too much space, lowering storage by as much as 2 cu. ft. versus the competition.
.Surprisingly there is no butter compartment. This was an emergency purchase or we would have looked elsewhere.

Do not buy!
You will regret buying!
Things I wished I would have known before buying this fridge…
1. It makes 16 small cubes of ice a day. We live in Arizona and have to buy 2 bags of ice a week for a family of 4. It is so frustrating!
2. The water that comes out of the fridge is not cold. Very weird and annoying since it barely makes any ice.
3. Everything in the left side of the fridge will start to
Freeze, so make sure you don’t put your eggs on that side.
We also got the whirlpool oven Mod# WFES5030RZ DO NOT BUY!
We remodeled our entire kitchen and got all new appliance. I was sold on whirlpool being a top brand! Regret the purchases and I see us purchasing new appliances in the future.

Nice appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this refrigerator for a few months and really like the amount of room there is inside even though it is counter depth. Nice shelf and drawer options. Very attractive exterior. And I really like the extra kitchen space by having this counter-depth side.
The reason for less than 5 stars is due to that I must keep some foods to the right side of frig due to avoid freezing. Certain items, for example: eggs, lettuce or produce, will freeze when touching the right side of the refrigerator. I've altered the thermostat to a low setting, but this continues to happen.
