The fridge / freezer works great.This appliance runs loud and even louder when it’s making ice. Design flaw - exterior tray to catch ice or water drips has no drain or the ability to capture any liquid. It runs down the fridge and onto floor.

We waited 4 months to receive our fridge with weekly calls 2 months past due date. ice dispencer sometimes continues to drop ice minutes after use. water not staying cold. inside of fridge extreamely cold on 3 setting, freezes contents on 4 (for water temp) and so warm on 2 fridge contents will...

It has impressed me on all aspects of what I expect from a fridge. Plenty of room and the temperature in all departments are controlled good for what’s inside those areas. I found that our food has been lasting longer

Gave 2 stars because refrigerator is cold and freezer freezes. Problems: noisy - makes annoying sounds throughout day and night; keep a dish towel folded on the drip tray on the ice and water dispenser well to prevent water spots. Often drips water after dispensing ice and water.

I purchased this "size" to fit into my kitchen "space", when they built my home the space(s) for appliances where much smaller than they are today. I love having the Ice/water on the "outside" of the fridge, but wish "they" would not "throw" all the ice out onto my floor.

I bought this a month ago. Love the way it looks in my kitchen. Just have a problem with one of the drawers not sliding properly.

Funny, but about a week after the warranty ran out, the fridge began making a very loud noise when it does its thing. Read that it can be a bit noisy but this is ridiculous. It wakes me up in the middle of the night. Terrible product!!!

It’s the perfect size and the people at Grand Appliance were great!

bought this about 6 weeks ago, only regret i have is it is really hard to remove finger prints off the stainless steel doors.

The refrigerator fits great and has all the features I wanted. Grand Appliance in Round Lake Beach, IL was awesome. Jim helped me get the right refrigerator in record time as my old one died on Thanksgiving day with a houseful of people. Overall great experience along a with an awesome refrigerator.
