Avoid. Delivered defective refrigerator. It worked for less than a day. Service will put you on hold for hours and hours, shuffling you between departments endlessly, just trying to buy time until warranty expires.
Brand new doesn’t freeze anything since we’ve had it which is about 2 weeks. Had service come and was told we have to wait until November 26 for another service call before we know if it can be fixed.
I REGRET THIS PURCHASE, DELIVERED ON 8/7 DID NOT FUNCTION THEN AND NOT NOW.
I'm happy with this refrigerator hopefully it will last a long time. My last refrigerator was another brand and only made it 3 years! I like the ice and water in the door and I am rapidly becoming a fan of the side by side design.
Just bought this and so far I am really happy with it
Only have had a few weeks but seems to run well. Smaller than previous refrigerator but I guess that makes it more energy efficient since it is better insulated.
Drawers do not slide smooth, shelfs do not adjust ,anything put near the left rear of the top shelf freezes and the dispensed water is not very cold need to add ice to it?
Nice refrigerator that fits into tight space....has all the features I need.
I bought this item a month a ago and so far so good. The only things that I feel are not right are: that the wheels don't lock. Every time we open the fridge doors the whole fridge rolls forward because they do not lock. I had to put rubber stops on the wheels to stop that.
Perfect size refrigerator for our limited space. Works great, makes lots of ice, looks great in black.
