[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only found there was 1 problem that bugged me. There was nothing to collect water that may spill over your glass when you're filling it. It would run down the front of the door. Problem solved when I found a little fitted well, to be placed under the filling area that would collect whatever might run over. My last fridge had one and it was probably over 20 yrs. old. What's up with that design??? This fridge was bought on the fly since my last one bit the dust when I came home from hip surgery and was in need of ice immediately and was actually in stock so I was able to get almost immediately.

Look before you buy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about this product seems to be very cheaply made. I wish I had gone to the store and looked at it before buying it. The door shelves are very cheap and look like they will break easily. In talking to people with a similar product, the reviews are all bad. The shelves are the first to go. We don't like the storage. The ice maker is stupid. Too small to place a regular glass under. The water valve should be behind the ice valve. Whenever you try to get ice, you have to be very careful not to hit the water valve. If the space was larger, it might not matter. We could go on.

Great Quality & Features

I had already purchased Whirlpool appliances (microwave, range) 3 weeks prior to purchasing this fridge, so I am pretty familiar with Whirlpool's products. After reading many reviews (good and not so good), I am pleased to say that the good reviews were spot on and the not so good reviews seemed a bit picky or had a lemon of a product. This was not my case, and am very pleased with the quality and features of my new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work great at present. Clean looking and modern design. Ice maker is extremely noisy. Refrigerator door protrudes out at the top compared to the freezer door due to the refrigerator door gasket compressed more at the bottom. Refrigerator drawers extremely hard to move in and out with minimal amount of product in them. Glass panel supports for the refrigerator drawers are loose and misaligned. Water dispenser will drip but will not drip into the catchment pan but down the front of the freezer door. Large glasses will not fit into the ice/water dispenser.

Sad Refrigerator in so many ways.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and don't really care for it. It's the same size as my last one but seems smaller. I do NOT like the 3 drawers in it. I think the bottom one is useless. The drawers are not as big as in the last refrigerator. The shelves are not adjustable so forget about putting anything really big in it. By the bottom corners in the front, it looks unfinished as you can see wires or whatever it is, they should be concealed. It looks like a piece is missing. I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

Affordable and Aesthetically pleasing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently bought this fridge (2 weeks ago) and I love the look, functionality and the affordability! In addition, water filter has to be replaced every 3-6mths.
This fridge looks great in my space and is not too loud. The only cons are: shelves aren't adjustable, ie crockpot with lid and the freezer area cannot hold bulk items. However, putting items in smaller containers can solve that.
Overall, I love the look, price and functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is another superior product by Whirlpool. It was extremely quiet at first but in 3 weeks it has begun to make a few unusual noises. From other posts regarding ice and water dispenser I find absolutely no problem or difficulty using them. Just pay attention to what you are doing. If this unit is a replacement of a similar side by side this one is wider, taller and deeper. Very well lit inside. Only complaint is that the shelves cannot be adjusted. That makes it a little challenging when you have medicine to store. The shelves can be removed. Overall super quality and lots of space with a missing shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much to our dismay, while stocking this refrigerator, we discovered numerous shelves would not fit a 16.9 Oz bottle of water. Only place to fit: top shelf and in the door. An ice cube had gotten stuck in the chute which produced frost and frozen water droplets in numerous places in the freezer. The ice maker has a very loud mechanical noise when dropping ice. The outside light by the ice/water dispenser doesn't help while getting water. The water spigot also continues to drip after you have removed you cup/glass, which drips and runs down the front of the refrigerator. We would Not recommend this refrigerator to anyone.
