Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

So much space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge a couple of months ago and I’m happy I did. I went with the model that didn’t have an ice maker so that we would have more freezer space. The freezer door has lots of spaces which I love because I can organize bags of veggies and there are several shelves. It would be nice if the shelves were adjustable but they seem wide enough it hasn’t been an issue. The fridge side is good sized. It has two large drawers. The shelf that’s over the top drawer seems unsure of itself, like it might come out if you pull too hard on the drawer. The fridge door also had plenty of storage.

The door does not shut properly!
There is a substantial gap between the gasket and the refrigerator that runs along the whole vertical side of the refrigerator door.
I can feel the cool air escaping through the gap. I also don't feel that feeling of slight vacuum seal when opening the door because the door doesn't fully close. The freezer side works great with tight seal and that feeling of suction is fully present. I'm keeping the gap closed with masking tape in hopes that the door will "settle in" but I am not feeling good at the moment.
Is it normal for brand new refrigerator to have gap between the gasket and the main body? This can't be normal right? Is there anything that can be done. Send help!

Cabin home fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this for the price for our 2nd home but obviously not for the quality. We got what we paid for, goes the saying. Please read all the fine print as we didn't get an icemaker and we obviously thought that it did...but there in the fine print, it stated icemaker is optional, and I do mean fine print. The shelves are glass but thin glass at that and the plastic drawers and door shelves are very fragile so be prepared to order them in the future to replace the cracked or broken ones. Very disappointed in the quality of those particular items as the replacement costs aren't cheap.

Great Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my first home. My kitchen has hard wood flooring. After doing tons of research, I chose this refrigerator simply because I did not want to have potential water issues ruining my floors and having an added expense. This refrigerator is chic yet still understated. No, it's not the fancy french door refrigerator, but I love the fact that it has a lot of freezer storage. I also I read some of the reviews about how noisy this refrigerator might be. Honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised. It's super QUIET. This was a wise purchase. P.S. I bought the refrigerator on sale.

Nice looking refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the temperature stays fairly constant - ideal setting is giving a temperature reading of 35 oF. Nice lighting and solid shelves. The stainless steel finish is a finger print magnet. Tried wiping with a damp microfiber cloth and not much improvement. The unit is noisy compared to the old Samsung it replaced. We like the side-by-side design much better than the French door with pull out bottom freezer. Much better accessibility and you don't have to open two doors to get into the refrigerator. Also nice not to have the ice/water dispenser - we think those are a waste of money.

Basic and great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Samsung that blew out its first motor in 4 years. Second was about to go out. Since the drawers never worked right, I decided to get a new refrigerator. I looked at all the ones with fancy doors, Bluetooth, water, etc and decided that I would get a side by side. Now I have more room than with one that had ice maker and water. Only negative is the shelves do not adjust and are narrower than my old one. I am very happy with it otherwise. I will give up a little to be able to see all my food in the freezer side. Much better than a drawer.

Lots of room
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this refrigerator. we didn't get an ice maker or water dispenser because we didn't use them with our last fridge and I'm happy to have the extra space in the freezer. The only thing I don't like is that the door to the refrigerator swings all the way open unless you hold it. That may be because of all the condiments etc. in the door trays but I wish there was a way to stop it from banging all the way open every time you open the door and look inside. As far as I can tell, there is no way to stop this other than holding the door the whole time you are looking for something inside the refrigerator.

Would have been FIVE if it defrosted properly
Until recently, no problems. Suddenly we’re noticing ice cream is soft. But everything else is frozen… However, it may have defrosted and froze again. You want to chance raw meat with that? Now butter is softer than it should be in the refrigerator section.
What’s going on?
I read online, the freezer might need to be defrosted. Wow! Way to go Whirlpool—it’s supposed to be a frost free refrigerator. It requires the refrigerator to be powered off—The User Manual refers to a control panel, but darned if I can find one.
How do you do that without a door control? Unplug it? That’s ridiculous!
Any assistance would be appreciated.
