Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Difficult to operate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance was included with our new home. I do not care for the oven. It is not user friendly, and it seems to get extremely dirty inside very quickly. I did not experience this with my Samsung Duo oven prior to using this one. I cook about the same items in this oven. It seems that the food splatters much more on the sides of this oven. It also seems like the temperature is a little hotter than what it is supposed to be, like it is not calibrated correctly. I don't care for the timer feature and how some of the buttons work. It is more difficult to operate than I am used to. Not very good quality, in my opinion.

Timer is woefully insufficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the appearance of this oven as well as the cooking results. My one and only strong complaint is the single short tone it makes when the oven timer goes off. If the kitchen is noisy or I happen to have walked out of the room I don’t hear it go off. It does repeat the short tone once every minute thereafter but a few minutes beyond the set cooking time can do a lot of damage to the dish you are cooking. There is no acceptable reason a longer and repeating tones could not have been set up on this oven.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE and UNUSABLE for Baking!!!!!!!!
I have had this oven for about a month now and it is terrible. On the 4th use I was baking a pie with foil around the pie crust as one would do to prevent burning the edges. Well to my HORROR the oven is now completely ruined as a result. Not only ruined but I was told using foil in the oven voided the oven being FIXED!!! Who doesn't use foil in the oven?? I would NEVER have purchased an oven that it was not safe to use foil at all and could cause damage due to the EXTREME heat this thing has to generate just to try and make a internal temperature.

Family Whirlpool Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the purchase. I installed the oven with no problems and the electrical component and the cabinetry worked perfect. On the other hand my daughter wanted me to take the oven out and get another because there was not enough SS to match the other appliances. Well too bad Since I purchased the oven and installed it at no extra cost they were stuck with the oven I purchased. The oven worked fine. baked bread and all the food needed for our Christmas dinner for 14 people. So yes very happy with the oven. Easy to use, install etc.

Love the larger size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new oven. The faster heating feature is an excellent technology change to bring the oven box up to baking temp quicker. The controls along with the streaming banner to help select the correct action is very useful. Best feature...its size and lighting within. We have tried all features except the cleaning which has not been needed yet but we hope the steam cleaning will work well. Now, we hope it will last 22 years with minimal repairs like our old one.

Standard Oven ok but Can't Get Rid of Fumes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this oven about a month ago. Standard oven and is ok, but one big problem right now is the fumes from whatever is put on inside will not go away. The installer ran it for 45 minutes at 400+ degrees to burn off the over coating and we have used 15 times since then. The order is not as strong as the first few times, but it is definitely still there. The fumes cause a headache each and every time we use. Tried researching how to get rid of the over coating or whatever it is and have yet to find a resolution. Frustrated with it.

"Rapid Pre-Heat" Is A Gimmick
Our building installed this oven on our new house. Once you select bake and 350 degrees, 12 min later it beeps it's preheated. After my dish didn't cook enough, I bought an oven thermometer. Sure enough, their Rapid Pre-Heat is off by 75 degrees! Called for maintenance and was told today that Whirlpool suggests preheating anything for 30 minutes! It's a gimmick to get people to choose Whirlpool over a competitor by having a rapid pre heat feature. I was told my solution is to hit the start button twice for normal pre-heating. Oh, and no manual as others have complained about.

Preheating sounds issue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a brand new equipment and it makes lot of sounds while preheating. It’s coming all the way through the preheating and if I call the customer care they say it’s normal and the technician might charge for the check if does seems normal. Minor sounds are fine I know, but the sounds just keep on coming every few seconds all the through the preheating and also happens while cooling off which doesn’t seems normal. I do have scheduled a tech apportionment and hopeful it will fixed and else atleast not being changed for the visit.
