Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Terrible warranty
Bought one year and one month ago.
Upper element ‘exploded’ and burnt a hole in it. Replaced it and still not working. Called whirlpool and they said out of 1 year warranty. Terrible warranty! Will not buy whirlpool again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife used the self cleaning cycle on the old oven and it got so hot it ruined the old oven. It charred the adjacent wood panel and we are lucky it did not start a fire. So the new oven is a slightly updated version of the old oven and it has a self cleaning cycle that we cannot use. Very poor design, so the oven gets a poor rating.

Good basic oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a 2008 model of the same oven. The main control board in the old oven went bad and we were unable to obtain a replacement part (no longer manufactured by Whirlpool) - Very disappointing. We've had the new oven for a few weeks and it is working just fine. Particularly like the smooth oven bottoms.

To Hot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our double oven for 40 days. I have found that this set is hotter than maybe it should be . If the instructions say cook something on 350 it burns I have to put the oven on 275 in order for items not to burn.

Beautiful design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new oven is beautiful. I am still learning the operation of the control panel and understanding all the features. I was hoping that the installation manual would also include a user manual/guide but it did not. The Whirlpool website would not allow me to download an operator’s manual after multiple attempts. I found an operator’s manual on line that has been very helpful and printed that off.
I have baked several items and find that the bake time is consistent with my previous oven, no need to adjust temps or bake time. I am very interested in using the steam clean feature when the time comes. It was one of the features that helped me decide to purchase the oven.

Sleek, modern double oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven came as part of the appliance package with my new home build. Things I love: the quick preheat, easy to use controls, the sleek look to this appliance. Unfortunately, I am navigating using this oven and how it is different to my previous convection oven. When using dark baking pans, my rolls, cookies, cheesecake all have burned on the bottom. It is strange because the heating element is up top. I will be switching to light color pans / glass to see if it helps with the uneven heat distribution.

Good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has been okay, but leaves an odor while cooking and sets off my smoke alarms, but there isn't any smoke.

Without the paperwork I'm lost
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The major problem is that I do not have serial number with which to register my product. No one can find it anywhere. The AI phone call was insulting, saying the serial number had to be there and that I just needed more patience to find the number. I can not activate the warrenty without the serial number. Nor did I get a manual on how to work the oven.
