We purchased the Microware & Oven Combination in April of 2022. Two main issues with the product so far. First, the time and date will often reset itself to January 2, 2020 without a power outage or power surge. I seems to happen randomly. We have to reset the range to the correct time.

The screen menu options were very confusing and did not correctly tell you how to simply turn off the oven. We had to call a help line and the support person whom we reached just hold us to depress the oven button for 3 seconds to turn it off. NOWHERE in the documentation did it state that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this for about 1 year now. Touch screen is a little hard to press and select but i get it as an inherent feature of all touch screens. The microwave stops working every 2 weeks and the system has to be rebooted and sometimes reset.

I love, love, love this electric Oven/micro combo from Whirlpool. I bake bread several times a week and have for years. From my experience, this oven is by far the best oven I've used for baking bread. The smart oven features are fun to use. The self-cleaning function is simple and works well.

We use the microwave a lot and there have been problems right from the start.1. Often it won’t start unless you open and close the door again.2. The clock has changed date and time a number of times3. A number of times we have found the light on in the middle of the night.

Had this micro/ oven combo for 6 weeks installed in new build with daily use. Love all the presets for both cooking options. Oven is quick to heat up and the microwave tone when your food is done is cute. Only wish the unit would connect to my wifi through Whirlpool app as stated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flexibility and power of the control system would be more exciting if there was also a simpler user interface. Most of the time, I just want to turn the oven on and set a temperature, but the touch panel requires too many clicks to get there.

I like the touchscreen, but I have had no problems. I have used the microwave more than ocen, but I do like the quick 1 min, 2 min, and 30 sec buttons. Havent used convection oven yet. I like the option to decide to turn off oven. leave on or reduce temp once timer goes off.

I have been using my oven microwave wall unit since June of this year. It is sleek and clean and has great eye appeal. After going through the instructions several time finally figured out, on my own, how to cancel or stop and reset both appliances.
