So disappointed
I did a ton of research before purchasing this range.I was so excited when I finally had it installed and ready to use. That is where my nightmare begins. I find it extremely difficult to operate. The oven temperatures are way off. Sometimes the burners heat quickly and sometimes they take forever. The ovens bake unevenly. Sometimes the food burns and sometimes I have to cook things longer. It varies every day. I calibrated the ovens according to the instruction book and still have problems. In 55 yrs I have NEVER had to calibrate an oven. The large oven is extremely noisy. I paid a ton of money for this range and the only thing I like about it is the way it looks.

My own bakery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never used the warming drawers for anything but storage so adding an oven was perfect for me. I am baking up a storm in this oven!! Thre bottom does convection and the upper is perfect for baking cookies and pies, broiling. I am very happy with the performance. Both ovens are capable of 500 degrees at the same time which has upped my sourdough bread and pizza game! If you are a baker, this oven is for you. The stovetop is a wonderful flattop and the left element has an extra ring which I use for my canner! So many functions! Worth every penny.

Doesn't hold up well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cook top surface is scratching from normal use, and cleaning. Small bubbles were forming in the black coating on the cooktop surface. The top oven is small, so you can only cook a tray of cookies, or small crock dish. The bottom is normal size, but doesn't cook anymore evenly than my old stove. This stove cooks from the top, rather than from the bottom like most ovens. You have to remember to push the convection button, or it doesn't cook well at all. Not very impressed, the convenience of having two ovens is nice, but the cooktop surface is not gonna last at all! Hey should've been able to provide a better cooktop surface.

Nice oven with some Bells and Whistles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is very nice. I've only had it for a few weeks now, but everything seems to be working great! The only thing I don't like is there is 2 ovens but only 1 timer? Not very convenient. Also when you set the time, it rings once and then a few minutes later, it rings once again, not sure if that can be adjusted, cause I've missed the timer going off a few times and just caught it before it burnt. So I will need to look into that further. Otherwise no complaints about the look and function. I also really like the cooktop for the xtra round burners. But hard to clean the glass.

Great Features, Convenient for those who bake alot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My parents surprised me with this amazing range and I am so happy they did. It has 5 burners and super convenient when baking dinner and dessert at the same time. This range features a steam option to clean the oven. It's the best thing ever existed, the grime wipes right off. It's also very energy efficient. The energy savings mode will turn your display screen off when not in use. It features many settings including a sabbath setting which I thought was interesting. I've never seen that on any appliance I've had before. There's also a way to either take sound off when pressing buttons or leave sound on. I would highly recommend this range to everyone.

Very disappointed
I bought this oven about 9 months ago. I did a lot of cooking in a toaster oven to save using the stove so when I saw the double oven I threw the toaster oven away and looked forward to using my new small top oven. What a mistake. First time use was great. Ever since the bottom of everything I have cooked has burnt. 350,375,400. All the same. By the time the top is cooked the bottom is black.
Only used the bottom oven once .that worked fine. What will happen the second time I use it?
The burners work fine. Fast heating and temp control.
Good looking stove but don't spend the money on one. Buy a cheaper model and a good toaster oven for small baking.

Replacement for previous double oven - not as good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just a couple of months of use, the problems I see are:
1 - No proofing feature which we knew going in. I don't see a reason why they cannot add this great feature.
2 - When the top oven has the rack on the bottom, it is difficult to slide out as it hits the open door. It also burns the bottom of whatever is cooking even though the temperature is correct. I never had that issue with my other double oven. When the rack is on the top, the top of the item gets too hot. Not sure how I'm going to get around these issues.
3 - No double timer - 1 for each oven
The range is okay - Not as good as the old LG though.

Horrible Oven DON'T Purchase
So bought this oven in November. The triple burner gets so hot it burns everything when only one burner is on and using a big triple burner sized pan. The single burner behind the triple burner takes forever to boil water. The top oven burns things and the bottom oven, well just add another 10-20 minutes onto your cooking time. This is the worst oven. I have been cooking the same items for my family for years with multiple different ovens and never had these issues. Not to mention the new design of the back plate make the oven stick off the wall a good 5- 6 inches into the kitchen. Please if you like good food, I truly warn you not to purchase this oven!
