Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Wonderful Dryer With an Asterisk *
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful capacity and quiet operation. The only reason this does not get 5 stars is possibly an important reason, but might also be something most sensor drying modes struggle with. When using the sensor mode, the dryer may sometimes not dry the clothes entirely before sensing they are complete. This leaves about 15 to 20 minutes that you need to run it to close out the load. If you need to wear or use something and are running late, this could become problematic, but being mindful and not using this setting in those moments would be the work around. This tends to happen on larger loads.

Love the sleek look and the color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance package approximately one month ago.. The thing that sold me on this set was a removable agitator... So far I have loved this set... The only issue I have had is that the clean vent pops up every time I use the dryer... I had a professional come in and clean my dryer bent and I clean the lint filter daily so not sure what the issue is... But other than that my clothes come out clean... If it continues to happen I will call to have a Tech come out.. I would have given this review 5 stars if the check filter didn't come on continuously

Dryer does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 6 months ago, it did take time to get used to the settings and figure out how to manually set time and temperature, since I don't have time to wait for the automatic settings to complete. There are too many useless buttons, such as towels, whites, and colors, totally unnecessary for a dryer, I have the steam and never used it either. The only reason I purchased this dryer was that I needed one ASAP, all that was available from Whirlpool was the one with steam. Would be nice if it were simpler, too many useless features that will malfunction and will need repairs just because they are there.

Love Whirlpool Appliances!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was tough to give up my old "work horse" Whirpool steam duet dryer in sea foam green, but once I received this new Whirlpool dryer, I was thrilled! It has all of the original great features and dependability of my old dryer with many new, helpful options to keep my clothes looking their best. I love the wrinkle guard feature with steam and the ability to adjust drying times and temperatures as needed. I love Whirlpool.......their appliances have always worked well for me, and many of the technicians provide service comment that I made a good choice with regard to durability and overall performance.

Absolutely Love This Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Whirlpool WGD8127LW for a little over a month now, and it has completely changed my laundry routine. The sensor drying is spot-on. No more overdried clothes or damp towels. I’m amazed by how quiet it runs, even with large loads. The Wrinkle Shield™ option is a game-changer when life gets busy, and the smart features make it so easy to monitor cycles from my phone.
The design looks sleek in my laundry room, but it’s the performance and reliability that really make this dryer worth every penny. Whirlpool nailed it again. It’s efficient, intuitive, and built to last. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality and convenience!

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not happy with this dryer. It took 2 hours to dry a load the clothes are same and I have to keep adding time. Thinking about returning it. I called Wirhpool and told them about the problem, they said they would have to figure out a kit showing this how to make sure that it has airflow. I explained to them that we already had someone check it out and it has air flow. They said no they had to send their kit and we had to wait for that which will take up to a week or more. This is a brand new dryer that I have only had for one week.

Noisy but good machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and so far it’s been working very well after the stressful setup. At first the machine won’t power on, I tried pushing several buttons to no avail. I should have let the installers power it on before they left but they were just in a hurry to leave. I called customer support and they scheduled a technician for the following day. My husband tried to restart it again after an hour but still didn’t work. Then he unplugged it for an hour and that trick worked. So far it has been working well, just a little noisy.

Great dryer that does everything it should & more.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was purchased as part of a washer/dryer set. It appears well built and works as expected. The automatic "moisture sensing" feature seems dependent upon the type of clothing is being dried and the quantity placed into the dryer. There are many settings available including "more or less dryness", a "timed dry cycle", and other convenience items. As with any dryer and to keep it operating properly, the lint catch must be cleaned between each load and the vents should be clean and kept free of lint. Our last Kenmore dryer lasted for over 20 years and we hope this Whirlpool set will perform just as well.
