Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Very Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I have always bought Whirlpool washers and dryers. And I have never had any problems with them, other than end of life. I bought this dryer and it hasn't worked correctly since first use. It doesn't seem to fully dry loads. At the end of the cycle, the load feels warm, but after 2 or 3 minutes you can feel the dampness still in the clothes. I have gone through the instruction manual making sure I have followed the instructions, but the dryer will not dry fully. I am very disappointed. I wouldn't suggest or recommend this dryer, mainly because I'm not for sure I buy another Whirlpool product.

Terrible service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door does not close properly Big Kountry Appliance Repair LLC came to repair issue and the did not. They unhooked the water line and reattach it. The told us to call back if it did not fix the issue. They said just keep calling in. Called whirlpool to get service and no one will come out to fix our dryer. All we get is calls stating no one is coming out after we were told by whirlpool they would get a service company to come out for our repair on a dryer that is 30 days old. Very unexpected we have bought whirlpool for years and never had this type of issues.

Some good features, more not so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of operation, it appears that clothes are being dried appropriately.
Pros:
1. Large capacity
2. Multiple cycle selections
Cons:
1. Door is extremely hard to latch
2. NO documentation included other than how to connect water line and vent hose.
3. Only able to locate online cycle information on a hidden Whirlpool website via a Google search.
4. The control panel has no way to tell how much time has elapsed the drying cycle.
5. There is no volume control for the end of cycle alert.
6. Limited warranty that is mitigated by an additional monthly fee for extended service.

Nice dryer and works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought on 11/7/24 and we brought home to install ourselves. We had our three prong plug and we’re trying to attach the plug to the proper wire connectors on the back of the dryer. The area that you attached had a floating nut in the housing which was very difficult to align. The white and red wire attachment was stripped and we had to get more nuts to replace the stripped ones. Luckily we had an older whirlpool dryer part that we could remove the nuts and reuse them. This was a major problem for us.
The dryer works well and is easy to use.

Dryer gets the job done, design needs improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like most features of this dryer. The variety of dry settings is good and I really like the steam option as I absolutely hate ironing. The lint trap location/design is awful. I'm not sure who thought it would be a good idea to put it on the TOP of the dryer so that when it is time clean it, lint and other debris go everywhere; I wish I can paid more attention to this when I purchased the dryer. The door, as others have commented, feels cheaply made and you really have to give it a strong shove to get it closed. Similar to the matching washer, there is no cycle timer display.

Full of regret
Too many other less expensive options that would be equally as terrible as this dryer. I have written a previous review detailing the ho hum performance of this overpriced machine. Writing today because I figured out why the top of the dryer is sloped to the point you can't set anything on it. At least not anything that you don't want to slide off into the floor. They have sloped it so you can't put detergent or anything else on top because the material is as thin as a coke can and will invert with the slightest of pressure. This is so cheaply made, which I wouldn't mind if the price tag were to reflect the junk you're getting. So unhappy with this purchase.

Door is not sturdy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this dryer does a great job with drying clothes. The only drawback is that the door and hinges are rather cheaply made. The door is lightweight, as are the hinges. I have to shut it with my knee because it's not heavy enough just to shut with my hand. The door also does not stay open when I'm loading the dryer, it just swings shut so I have to again open it with my hands full of wet clothes which is frustrating.. Perhaps tinkering with the adjusting the front feet may help. I tried initially doing that but it became unbalanced, so I had to lower them again.

Unhappy customer
In February we bought a new whirlpool washer and dryer to replace our Kenmore set. Very disappointed In both the washer and dryer. The washer doesn't wring out the clothes and much as the Kenmore did and clothes come out very wringled both with and without the agitator in place. The dryer does not seem to dry the clothes as well and they seem damp. The STEAM REFRESH feature does not have directions and makes the clothes, and the door leak water profusely. The washer make lots of very weird noises. We have had support come in once already and have another call in for next month.
