Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Disappointing quality and features.
Let me start by saying we have been a Whirlpool customer for decades and their products have served us well. We bought this front load washer 2 weeks ago to replace a Whirlpool Duet that worked great for 11 years . After receiving it, we noticed that the quality of the build (i.e. door, detergent tray, control panel and drum) sure are low quality. We also realized that they removed the "delay wash" option which we frequently used. Also, you can't open the door to unload it if the detergent tray is opened! What a terrible design. Whirlpool quality sure has gone downhill and this will be the last time that we buy anything Whirlpool or in the Whirlpool family.

My towels are like coarse paper towels!
This is my 3rd Whirlpool washer/dryer, We loved our last two so when our washer died after 13 years with eight in our immediate family, we bought another Whirlpool with thinking about it. Everything was great until I washed our first load of towels! Then after washing them a second time with a second rinse cycle I was ready to return the washer. Now I have to use liquid fabric softener in the wash cycle, a second rinse, in the dryer go dryer sheets and lambs wool balls or tennis balls. Sometimes they finish soft and clean or times they are stiff with a rough feel and I want to throw them out! Have called customer service to no avail. Hoping a public complaint will help out.

Great washer so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this and the matching dryer for a couple months now. It's much quieter than the 15+ year old LG unit we replaced. It seems to remove as much of the water from the load of clothes as our previous unit. Hopefully it will last as long as the last set. It's large enough to wash the thinly quilter comforter we use on our bed in the winter.
The only drawback is the start/stop button, it's very sensitive and I have accidentally turned off the washer after starting it, only to come back later and find the clothes completely dry. I thought it was a malfunction until I saw the soap still sitting in the dispenser drawer.

Great washer ! Efficient and quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a lifelong Whirlpool appliance user, I have not been disappointed by the performance of this washer. It has all the features you could wish for including the many wash cycle choices. I am particularly impressed by the efficiency both in energy and water usage. The machine calculates the load size and selects the appropriate water usage. It is by far the quietest machine I have ever owned. You hardly know it is running. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle really reduces water retainage which make drying faster and efficient. Less energy all around. I would recommend this machine.

What happened Whirlpool?
I absolutely loved the previous Whirlpool washer I had for nearly 10 years and sadly left it behind when I moved. So I didn't give it a second thought to purchase another model for my new home but from the start I could tell the quality has been compromised and after just 3 short months it's in need of a service call. The manual is useless and doesn't have any kind of troubleshooting guide to reference so of course you're forced to call a technician. I can't wait to get it replaced.

Trusted Whirlpool brand, loving the large capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool has always been a brand we've trusted and owned since I was a child. I love the size of this large capacity washing machine; it fits my comforters well with room to spare. Being able to wash bigger loads of laundry allows fewer washes during the week. I give it 4 stars because I noticed a sock that stayed close to the window of the washing machine and didn't seem to get wet or washed at all. Perhaps user error but would hope that the sock would find it's way back to the middle without me having to make the conscious effort of throwing it in the center or back of the machine. Ease of use with simple buttons and directions. Sleek and clean design.

Hope you don’t need to empty the filter!
The washing machine itself does a fine job. I have no complaints about its ability to clean clothes. The time until a load is done is rarely accurate but that’s not something I’m going to lose my mind over. What I cannot let go is the fact that it’s absolutely impossible to access the filter that collects the hair?? In this house, it’s collecting the hair of 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 3 long, thick-haired humans. It has to be emptied on the regular. Why is there no door? No drawer to pull out? This had to be a mistake on someone’s part because I can’t find a single mention in the manual of how to access the filter other than a drawer that only comes on some models, which are not this one.

Exceeded my expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my fully functional Whirlpool washer and dryer set after 33 years of service because I wanted to wash large bulky items at home. Spent the first weekend washing and drying every King and Queen sized comforter and other blankets in the house. In my opinion the new sets construction, operation, fit and finish are an order of magnitude better. I now wash with the laundry room door open because they are so quiet its hard to tell when they are done. Donated my old set to a needy family.
