Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Loud thing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace a previous Whirlpool model that died after 10 years. Since I had been pretty happy with the old one, I expected same or better. However, over these 10 years, the quality seems to have gone down. What used to be made of metal is now made of flimsy plastic. With a couple of exceptions (load&go, add garment), there are overall fewer features/options than there used to be. But my biggest complaint is the noise. Mounted on the stand, this washer can be very loud when spinning. This was never an issue with the old one, which was also on a stand. It's not a bad washer but I guess I expected better.

Washer news
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer two weeks ago, to replace a dead 6 year old whirlpool duet. I will not discuss the dead duet here. I did try to reuse the base from the duet on this new machine. It does fit and looks ok, not great. An issue, and reason I didn’t give a 5 is because of vibration during the high speed spin cycle. Maybe because of the old base the machine is very sensitive to loads that are not perfectly balanced. As a result it walks and pounds every thing near it. It does clean well, and I like the soap fill feature. Though it does appear to slightly leak, maybe because of the violent thrashing during the spin cycle.

Awful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer sep 2019, started using it jan 2020...aug 2021 the control board is glitched where it wont start a cycle because the door doesnt lock, when it does lock during a diagnosis mode the drum wont rotate. The cost to buy a different brand that actually has longer than a 1 year factory warrenty on any part of the unit outweighs the cost of buying and replacing the control board.
For the year that it worked, didnt have issues with it at all, but since whirlpool doesnt trust their product to last longer than 1 year ill probably never get another washer from them unless the do better.

Large tub size, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about three weeks ago and love it. I had a Kenmore, made by Whirlpool before which lasted for 13 years. It is too soon to tell if I will have a mildew problem, but I am in the habit of leaving the door open to dry out the washer. The Load & Go feature is great. Just don't overload it with soap or it will spill out on the bottom. The cycle feature is easy to use. You can lower the amount of time by lowering the soil indicator. My other washer had a 30-minute cycle, which I miss, but this has a quick 15-minute cycle which works well.

Garbage so far
I bought this unit a week ago and have never in my life seen a washing machine shake so violently in my life. I have leveled and re-leveled this machine 20 times with absolutely no luck. I have tried using vibration dampening pads under the legs. This thing shakes so terribly that it is able to jump itself off of the pads. The unit is now scratched and damaged from hitting the walls and shaking the dryer on top of it so hard.
I tried to schedule Whirlpool service online but their scheduling tool says “no appointments available” for the foreseeable future.

great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the steam cycle, even though it adds time - the clothes come out cleaner than ever. The spin is very effective so the dryer takes less time. The only thing I notice is that I need to wipe the rubber gasket frequently to keep clean and dry, and once or twice I put towels or bulky items in it without selecting the towels or bulky items settings and the spin cycle never ended and I needed to start over, selecting the appropriate settings. Not deal breakers. Overall happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only have it a couple weeks, but love it so far! Learning to select best cycles - it has multiple options for care. So glad I got a front load this time. Was never very happy with previous low-water, top-load machine that only lasted 8 years before control board went out. Hoping this lasts better! It is so easy to tap a button to select cycle and the load and go dispenser is so nice-no need to add detergent each time! Hope to purchase matching dryer in near future!

Great Setting = Towels Heavy Duty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. I wash EVERY morning. It's so nifty that I've been kidding that I'm going to take in laundry to make some money. However the cycle seems really long, so just have to plan for that. Can't always get the cycle completed by the time I want to leave. I would recommend this washer to everyone--It can't be beat!!!--as I look at the choices below, came back to comment and praise the sound level. This machine is so quiet--it's unbelievable. I feel no qualms about washing at 3 am and know that I won't disturb my neighbors in an apartment building. I can't believe how quietly it runs.
