[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for 3 weeks and couldn't be happier with it. It has a large washer, fits blankets and everything! Dryer is also very large. Got to get used to the different cycles, but so far I' m loving this appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did research and I chose this model because of being happy with previous Whirlpool appliances. I am extremely happy with this product. The only negative I can say is the dryer door can be hard to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the unit only 4 months and so far it has performed well. The dryer door is hard to shut - have to push hard to get it to snap shut and the whole upper unit rocks. That may be in part because the feet rest on what looks like rubber pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the unit for 2 months to date. I can say that I am happy with the machine and it's performance. This unit is an energy efficient product and uses minimum water and washes by weight (Hint: To get added water use the Bulk setting).

We are renting currently and were given a new machine as part of the lease. This has got to be the worst machine we've ever used. The buttons are an example of how cheap this is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They don't build them like they used to. I had the Neptune for 20 years and the washing machine went. This was the closest match since the exhaust vent matches perfectly.
