dishes not clean or dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my dishwasher through Whirlpool and chose this model because it had heat dry and the other top rated washers all had complaints about wet dishes. My first washes used Heat Dry and the tub walls were wet as was the top 3rd rack. I have the rinse aid filled to the top and am following all directions. I was told it could be up to 2 weeks before your washer adjusted to the heat dry option. I just did another load last night and while the dishes were dry, 2 bowls loaded properly were dirty and the tub itself if wet and the third rack was dripping wet. My old Whirlpool never had a wet tub ever.

Dishes sparkle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher over a month ago. Installation was straightforward and instructions and necessary parts were provided. We have granite countertops, so side brackets that mount the dishwasher to the cabinet wall were included.
The racks are much better than our old Maytag dishwasher, with glasses allowed to rest securely no matter their size or shape. It’s relatively quiet- not as quiet as a Bosch dishwasher we used to have, but not bad. The most impressive feature is how sparkling clean our dishes are! It’s really the most important reason you buy a dishwasher in the first place, and this unit delivers in spades.

Excellent dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago ,loved the look, the extra space, the versatility of the racks. However I was not pleased with how long it took to wash the dishes, until I figured out the light wash (which is just over a hour) washes dishes just as good as the heavy duty wash. I now only use the longer washes for dishes with stuck on food and they come out perfectly clean everytime, so no more soaking casserole dishes or pots. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to anyone that is looking for a dishwasher that does it all. Oh and the best of all it is super quiet

Just Right!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! That I use very little, or no, water prior to putting dishes, pots, and pans in to wash is the best part. It amazes me that they come out totally clean.
In addition, if I run the dishwasher at the end of the day and won't be unloading until the next morning and don't use the drying option, there is only a very small amount of water remaining. Always looking for ways to use less energy. I know some people are bothered by having just a small amount of water pooled here and there. I am not. Otherwise, the drying option is outstanding. Everything is totally dry.

RUST! WITHIN THE FIRST 3 WEEKS!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] RUST!! Within the first 3 Weeks! Not 304 Stainless Steel. Had to spend a great deal of time after purchasing this piece of garbage. Whirlpool wanted to replace with the same tub, and inner door that was already rusting, with the same cheap version of stainless steel that will rust again within 30 days. Whirlpool should take this model off the market! Total rip off, and hassle for those who catch it in time to get a refund. If you do catch it in time, plan on spending a good 10 hours getting everything resolved. Not to mention driving the dishwasher back myself to get the immediate return credit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher! It was super-quick and easy to install. The dishes come out sparkling clean, and it's really quiet. I especially like the delay function, which is one of the options on the dishwasher door. The third rack really comes in handy for those small miscellaneous items. Some of the reviews I read complained about dishes still being wet after the dishwasher finishes operation. (I assume they are complaining about the dry option not doing a good job) I have not found that to be an issue at all, and I don't even bother using the dry option! I heartily recommend this appliance.

Not the Interior I Thought I Had Ordered
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want my old (Maytag) dishwasher back! Thought I had ordered a slight upgrade, but that's not what was installed. This one will get dishes clean & controls are easy to use, so 2 stars for that. Minus 1 star for almost useless top rack: flimsy, overcomplicated, too shallow & close to top. Minus another for the middle rack: skimpy front-to-back spacing holds fewer dishes, fails to support glasses/jars with small openings, raised center causes small bowls/plates to roll to side. Minus another for hard to manage silverware basket. Glad I kept my old one and it fits in the space provided.

Glad I Didn’t Take Advice From Friends
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this wasn’t my first choice for a new dishwasher; everyone I talked to recommended a Bosch. However, my dishwasher was broken and there were no Bosch dishwashers available so my daughter and I looked at dozens of other dishwashers and decided we liked this one best. After having had it for about a month now I can tell you I can’t imagine a Bosch being any better. I love the 3rd rack. I love that I can just about put every dish and utensil in my kitchen in the dishwasher before it’s full. I love that I can finally wash plastic and it be DRY when I open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. And it’s so QUIET!
