"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.

Purchase another brand that actually works
Purchased Dishwasher end of May 2022. By September of 2022 Control panel starts delaminating. By the time I had the repair company come out it was October of 2022. After waiting over 4 weeks I call to find out the part is on backorder, and they would expedite the process with Whirlpool. This would take another 28 days. This was November 22, 2022. It is now January 4th, and no one has a clue on when it will be fixed. This is my 3rd Whirlpool appliance that has been nothing short of garbage. Please purchase other brands that are better quality and don’t give the consumer the runaround. Nothing like having a new dishwasher that has been broken longer that it worked.

Cheaply made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher because my old one flooded my kitchen. My options were limited because of a shortage. The top cutlery rack is useless in terms of cleaning. It is also made of flimsy plastic. The dishwasher works ok, though even at the highest dry setting the dishes do not dry all the way. All racks are made from cheap plastic. The dishes need to be clean (more than a rinse) before I load, which defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher. Even the levelers are cheap plastic. The coating / finish on the outside seems like it would peal off if not careful. Disappointed.

Happy Lady!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always had a dishwasher for the past 50 years and when my LG stopped functioning after only 5 years, I researched other products with better performance. My appliance repairman recommended Whirlpool and I’m glad
he did! My new dishwasher (WDT750SAKB) has the third rack which I’m used to and like and a stainless steel tub. It gets my dishes sparkling clean, runs quietly and is easy to operate. My dishes are nicely dried upon completion with only a tiny amount of water on the bottoms of coffee cups. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Hopefully, it will operate well for a long time.

Very Dissatisfied with this purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many reasons why I hate this machine. 1) I takes over 2 hours to run on normal with no dry option. 2) The racks and door are so low, that I need to bend over too far to load the machine and the door is in the way of foot traffic. 3) The buttons on the top of the door make it impossible to see what stage the washing process is on. With my old Whirlpool I could see it was on the dry cycle and cancel if I wanted.
4) The Manual tells you how to install the machine but not how to operate it or explain what options you have for different settings. 5) The door is very stiff and hard to open.

Great performance while it was working

After 5 1/2 months the control panel delaminated from top of door and was no longer functional. Looks to me like shoddy manufacturing.
It took me 45 minutes on phone to finally get thru to someone for Warranty service. Then Whirlpool pre-ordered the wrong part for their service rep. Took their service rep 2 weeks to get an appointment here then says he has wrong part and will call when it comes in in another 2 weeks or so.
We are now looking at 1 month plus of loss of use on a 6 month old dishwasher. I should have bought a Bosch.

Extremely Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The changes you’ve made in dishwashers is horrible. It does not dry the dishes! I have one with a heating element, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Setting it on Extended Dry does nothing to help the situation. The unit has constant moisture in it so after about 2-3 weeks
of usage, it starts smelling nasty. I rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher so no food is going into the unit. The nasty smell is from the constant moisture which is not good. Constant moisture will eventually cause mold and/or rust since the interior is metal. It wasn’t cheap, but is a huge disappointment.

Satisfied with appliance given the cost.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as a replacement for a KitchenAid dishwasher. Was pleasantly suprised to be able to use original KitchenAid dishwasher handle in exchange for the one that came with this new dishwasher. We have found that, although cleaned sufficiently, the dishes have consistently been very wet after the drying cycle is completed. The cleaning cycles are not excessively loud. When the door is opened and the lower rack is pulled forward, the door tends to lift upward causing the lower rack to be pushed slightly back. Once dishes are placed in lower rack, the door remains down.

Great is every way except drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always go to Whirlpool first for appliances, so after reading reviews I decided on a model with features that fit my needs. The adjustable racks are important because I have large pans. I would have given you five star if the dishes came out dry at the end of the cycle. There doesn’t seem to be a difference in the two selections offered for drying. We have to leave the door open for the day to air dry or use a towel.
