Our 15-year old compactor bit the dust, so this was our replacement. Happy to see that it was easy to install, and quieter than the one that we replaced. The wheels made it easy to wheel into place. Don't quite understand why a compactor costs twice as much or more than a diswasher.

Works well. Clean appearance. Replaced my old GE circa 1980's compactor. One caveat, buttons are small and you have to be precise in pressing them. Overall very satisfied.

I just got this compactor last week and it is a great addition to my newly remodeled kitchen. I just didnt get an owners manual. I tried to get one online and it seems you don't have one available to download.

The compactor is quiet and rolled right in the spot.

We never had one, but in-laws did and we were so jealous. So when we had our new home built we specified a trash compactor and I am happier than my wife. Great place to put paper and cardboard so it isn't laying around or having to make many trips to dump paper waste.

A trash compactor is one of the best appliances I will ever put in my kitchen. Saves on trash bags, space in the kitchen as well as in my weekly trash pick-up, and there are no issues w/pets and trash.

My old one was a Whirlpool and still working great after 15 years. When upgrading my other appliances to stainless steel I purchased another Whirlpool trash compactor and counting on this one being the same high quality.
