I love the Weber Genesis II E-310 Grill. I also purchased the iGrill3 accessory which is worth every penny. There is a difference in grilling with natural gas as opposed to propane. It takes a few minutes more to preheat the grill but temperature control is easier and more exact.
I have to say I'm disappointed with the grill. I like grill with flare ups and good old smoke. I like there to be no doubt my meat was grilled. This has no flare ups, you can't even see the flames, IMO they have the burners too protected. To me it's like cooking over an electric heating element.
This is our 3rd Weber grill in 32 years. We wouldn’t consider purchasing any other brand.Even though our northeast locations brings harsh winters, you can find me grilling year round and the Weber holds up.We would only purchase a Weber as performance and consistency are important to me and Weber has...
I have only had it 4 short days, but want to use it everyday. The grill heats fast, and cooks evenly across the whole grill top. The grates are easy to clean off so far. I like the way the grates can be flipped over to produce a thick grill line on meats, or thin cook lines on poultry and fish.
You're not going to find a ton of features here, but what you do get is a solid, sturdy, well-made grill that does one job and does it really well. If you put this up against other grills in a bullet-list comparison it might not win, but when you compare things like the strength of the metal, the...
Excellent grill, my second Weber grill. The first one was 17 years old and still working!! Ready for another 17 years!! Putting it together was fine, although it is heavy, you will need help lifting the grill box onto the legs, otherwise good. A Weber grill is expensive, but built to last !
This grill replaced a Weber Genesis II that I purchased in 2000. My first impression is that it is not as well built as the old one. It performs very well, however, and I cannot find anything negative to say in this respect. I wish the grill's cooking surface were a bit lower (I am 5'5").
Not only is this a beautiful piece of equipment but it feels like it's built to last. Easy to assemble and works like a dream. I've had much cheaper units in the past and they've never lasted. Any other brand never felt so solid and well-built. Looking forward to many years of using this!
Put off replacing my old Weber Genesis Silver because it just wouldn't quit, but decided it was finally time. So happy with my E-310. I can tell the difference in the even heat on the grill. I don't need an extra side burner or some of the other options on other models.
Love Weber! Had my last grill 15+ years excited about the newest model. Home Depot did a great job assembling. Used the grill only a few times and it meets all my expectations. 3 burners and the surface perfect for my needs. Still have to figure out the igrill technology so cannot comment on it.
