This tablet is great for photo editing and photo restoration work. It takes a little getting used to moving from a mouse to a pen and tablet but it will increase the speed and accuracy of your work in a substantial way.
Birthday gift to my son who is a budding graphic designer. He loves these tablets and uses them all the time. He has Always used one, but loves this updated version, and the Bluetooth!
I have used Wacom tablets for years. My previous tablet was worn out really didn't even think to buy a different brand. I would have like to see a pro model that had a similar active area with a bit smaller footprint.
I use this with my Adobe Suite (mostly Photoshop), coupled with my iMac. It has a long battery life when synced via bluetooth (my usual setup). Takes some practice to get used to pen/tablet editing, but I've found the learning curve is not too steep.
I have the blessing of being left-hand, and also the curse, and the Intuos Pro makes retouching my images so easy and the only time being physically left-handed is an advantage. Finally!!! I use it on the left and am free to leave my mouse where it usually sits.
Great tablet. This is my first time using one. Easy setup. It takes a while to get used to. Practice, practice, practice. It lessens the difficulties of having to use a mouse. Excellent for Photoshop retouching
Fantastic tablet 100% gets the job done plus i found it easy to use only took me an hour or so to get use to drawing on it rather than straight to the screen
Product is excellent but the pen ergonomics is difficult for carpal tunnel sufferers. Worth purchasing a more suitable model.
I started using a wacom tablet in 1996. It was a huge gray monster, thick and ugly, with a fat adaptor and a bunch of cables. I was hooked on the product right then and there, and used it for many years. As things changed and improved, I got new ones, but only when necessary...
My daughter loves it!
