Ive been happily illustrating using Wacom Intuos drawing tablets for well over 7 years. I decided to upgrade due to the desire for a bigger screen--I was spending way too much time and effort zooming in and out and opening and closing palettes.
I had no dust under my screen, no dead pixels, none of that stuff people were panicking about earlier. It's a good product.The only thing I am a little saddened by is that the hype about how this has 'almost no parallax' is mostly just hype.
The tactile interaction is extremely response and very smooth. It feels natural, unlike some other tablets. The display itself is vibrant and the colors show true from what I can tell when comparing to some of my other monitors.
