The Vortex Viper PST Gen II Riflescope features a highly durable built with high-definition optics and offers high mechanical precision. It offers a magnification range of 5-25x in a 50mm objective lens that helps gain you an upper-hand in close quarters to long-range shots. It comes equipped with XD (extra-low dispersion) optical glass elements that help produce sharp, contrast images with true color retention, even in low-light conditions. An illuminated EBR-7C reticle placed in the first focal plane of the optical design maximizes the scope’s long-distance shooting and ranging abilities. For added convenience, an illumination dial with 10-level adjustment is integrated into the side focus adjustment knob for easy access.

High-Performance Optics

The scope’s optical design features XD lens elements that give exceptional crisp, sharp images with color fidelity. These elements are coated with XR Plus anti-reflection multi-coatings for increased light transmission and minimum glare on all air-to-glass surfaces, producing good quality images even in low light conditions.

EBR-7C MRAD Reticle

The Viper PST Gen II 5-25x50 Riflescope comes with an EBR-7C glass-etched reticle that is constructed in the first focal plane. It has constant MRAD-based subtension lines for ranging, holdover, and windage corrections. The reticle offers highly functional, intuitive, and detailed hold points, and uncluttered optimal viewing at all magnifications. The fully-illuminated crosshair subtensions provide precise aiming under low-light conditions.

Single-Piece Tube Design

Optics are housed in a 30mm diameter single-piece tube constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum. The single-piece tube design allows for maximize alignment of optics for improved accuracy and optimum visual performance.

Rugged Construction

The riflescope is built to last in toughest of the environments. The housing is O-ring sealed and Argon gas purged for a complete waterproof and fogproof performance over a wide range of temperatures. This rugged piece of optics has a shockproof body that can withstand recoil and impact. In addition, the ArmorTek scratch-resistant coating on the exterior lenses provides protection against scratches, oil, and dirt. A hard-coat anodized exterior helps protect your scope against bumps and bruises and also camouflages your position.

Internal Mechanisms

Viper PST Gen II Riflescope comes with exposed tactical-style turrets that provide fast, accurate elevation and windage adjustments. The turret’s RZR zero stop mechanism prevent it from dialing below sight-in range. The scope uses a Precision-Glide Erector System that ensures the components in the zoom lens mechanism glide smoothly and cleanly through all magnification ranges. In addition, a Precision-Force Spring System ensures maximum repeatability and ease of adjustment.
